We always enjoy our visits to Amaia Martini Bar in Downtown Hudson!
Known for nightlife and events, but also offers a full menu of small bites and entrees and a range of cocktails and mocktails.
At our last visit, even on a fairly busy night with live music, one of the owners went around and asked if guests were enjoying their drinks and the music – and later the head chef also did a lap around the room and asked everyone how their meal was.

It’s my first time here. The minute I walked in the energy in the entire place was amazing. My daughter and I sat at the bar and instantly got serviced. We ordered the steak tips with mash + green beans. The steak melted in your mouth and every bite was savory and delicious.
Cindy and Andrea gave us a wonderful experience. We will definitely be coming back!! ☺️

Nice spot for drinks. We arrived around 8 pm and we could sit anywhere. A couple of hours later, there was a line. We didn’t order any food.

Enjoyed a martini and small plates. Lovely atmosphere. They drew in a younger crowd for karaoke the night I visited. All the ladies behind the bar were wonderful, and the kitchen was accommodating to my request for pita chips cooked lightly. I’d go back for the goat cheese and drinks. Cheers!

Fun atmosphere with great staff! The food is so yummy especially the steak and cheese egg rolls and the brussel sprouts. They have a killer espresso martini but make sure to check out all of the options because there are so many!!

Been going here for the last year of so. Chef Cindy is amazing. I’ve had everything from the burgers, steak and cheese egg rolls, soups, escargot, beef wellington and more – and every time, it hits!! The menu rotates throughout the year and it’s nice to have new tastes along with the standard classics!
I’m not a big drinker but the drinks I’ve had are great! There are different theme nights for different atmospheres: Live band thursday, Karaoke Fridays and they even host some different events like candle making.
It’s a great social spot in Hudson and a great place to dine!

Terrific bar that I simply found on Google and was so glad I went because the drinks were fantastic, food was even better, and then the night was made complete with an amazing cover band that had the whole place dancing. Definitely going back the next time I’m in the area
