We visited this restaurant at the invitation of one of the customers of SWC Contracting, We were not let down. The food was made with a tasty southern flair and each dish had my taste buds wondering what could be better than the last bite. We arrived about 6:30pm it was a little busy but not crowded and we were seated straight away by our waitress Tabitha, Her personality was bubbly and refreshing. We had our drinks and first dishes out within 7 minutes of our order. I can’t say enough about the service, Tabitha if you read this,.. Just WoW!!!
The food really is SECOND to NONE. When we want homecoming we usually visit a larger chain but after today this place has won my business for southern cooking and it is cooked at its finest.. I hope you all visit this place and have the experience we had,.. and I would ask for Tabitha if I was you..

Great restaurant for home cooked meals. The waitresses were great and the food was delicious. Clean/friendly atmosphere. I had meatloaf/mashed potatoes/corn. The best part was the desserts. Had strawberry shortcake and it was really good. Very good restaurant and prices were reasonable.

Really enjoyed taking the wife and mother-in-law. They both had chicken pot pie plus cream corn, sliced tomatoes, beans, and summer squash. I really enjoyed the pot roast, broccoli casserole, and cabbage casserole. Friendly service.

The restaurant was cute when I entered, and I got greeted by smiles, friendly staff. I sat down. I ordered the daily special when I got the daily special it came out cold. How do you serve pot roast? Cold vegetables cold everything was so cold. It came back out in five minutes. The food could’ve been good but it was cold. Like, how do you serve hot food cold I don’t get it.

Cornbread was burnt. And y’all wrong for serving it like that. Makes you question the rest of the food tbh in retrospect. I had the gravy pork loin as pictured. Presentation and thickness of the gravy was unappealing but it def tasted good. Other plate pictured looked a lot better presentationwise.

Always Fresh is my go to restaurant for lunch during the work week. My family loves it and always asks to go there whenever they are in town. Food is delicious, healthy menu choices, reasonably priced and staff is super friendly.

This was our second time here! I found this place last year when I was looking for a diner and someplace that was not a chain. This is a local restaurant with a home cooked food! Food quality was just as good as a year ago! Tonight I had the baked chicken and it was moist and tender! My husband had the beef tips and his was very tasty and very tender! We both ordered the sweet potato casserole and collard greens, both very good and t we shared a blackberry cobbler with a large scoop of ice cream in top! Good portions for a good price! Very nice waitress! We will see you again on our next visit!

Everything was delicious. Our server was excellent. My only suggestion is some nice music would enhance the atmosphere. I think I did hear music that was very faint.
