Alvin’s has the absolute best burgers around- especially for the price!
They are not stingy. I’ve never been disappointed here. My only complaint is that I don’t get there more often. The burgers are as good or better than Basin Creek used to be but much cheaper! The people are nice and friendly as well!

Ate here many times when i use to live in the area. This is a great little cafe to eat with plenty of Nascar charm and Popeye art to have a good conversation over. Alvin is a great person to talk to.

For the most part the food is good I went there this morning My Bologna was so thick you can’t chew it and I ordered bacon biscuit and a bacon was a burnt you couldn’t taste nothing but charcoal would recommend anybody ordering any kind of bacon ask for it fresh as soon as you get there and don’t take what they have on a pile beside the stove not everybody likes their bacon and burnt should cook the order instead of cooking a head
