They did a really great job handling a large party of 11 people on a walk in. The chips and salsa was endless with the staff keeping it coming. Our server was attentive but not hovering and the food arrive quickly and hot. The Al Pastor tacos were delicious and a big plate of food served with beans and rice on a side plate.

Hello Mr Manager who I can never reach. On the 14th September, my husband and I went to sit at the bar.
*Previously we had been looking to buy a recreational vehicle. I had put my $20,000 wedding ring in my husband’s pocket so we didn’t look flashy while RV shopping. We went to celebrate at your restaurant. When we sat at your bar I heard something land on the floor. I had no idea it was my ring. I know when it fell one of your employees came behind us as if to clean up the floor and she disappeared forever from that point on. We got up to leave and I did visually look at the floor wondering what fell onto the floor. Nothing was there and neither was the waitress at any point afterwards. I got home. My ring was gone. I searched my car, the floor, inside my house and the pockets of clothing. It was GONE. I am directly pointing my finger at your employee. She had brown hair with a ponytail. She had a choice to do the right thing. I went there a few days ago asking to speak to you and got the runaround. ALL I WANTED to know was did someone maybe turn it in as lost and found and maybe it’s in your safe! My review to your CUSTOMERS: Just remember this event. Shady people work there!

Altos is by far in the running for the tastiest and freshest vegetarian dishes. It’s hard to find a good vegetarian restaurant, but Alto’s definitely had a lot to offer. The atmosphere was wonderful! The food was even better!

My love for Mexican food run deep. I used to ONLY get the California burrito here, but decided to switch things up a bit and try their street nachos. I order with grilled chicken (minus corn, sour cream & jalapeño). 100/10! Also, the owner will QUITE LITERALLY work through snow storms to keep his doors open for customers. His service is unmatchable.

Fantastic Mexican restaurant, can’t wait to go back. Our family has gone to another place in Eureka for years, but this will be our choice from now on. Excellent chips and salsa (ask for the spicier tomatillo), and the frozen margaritas are perfect. Can’t believe we didn’t try this place earlier!

The food was delicious. We had a party of 8. The prices are reasonable. This is the first Mexican restaurant I went to that they were not stingy with the chips. The hostess and waiter were very nice and made sure the chips stayed full until the food came and the glasses stayed full the entire time. It was also a great atmosphere

I started with a margarita. I had a choice between small, medium or large. I went with a small regular margarita with salt. It was a little heavy on the sour mix. I tried their chicken fajitas. When the fajitas arrived I noticed the chicken was sliced incredibly thin. I strongly dislike when restaurants do this. The chicken is so thin I had to put on my reading glasses to find all the chicken. The chicken tasted good and it was tender. The bell peppers and tomatoes were overcooked and limp. Everything arrived hot. Sat at the bar and received great service. The ambiance seemed more like a sports bar than a Mexican restaurant. Small parking lot and had to park in the larger strip mall lot.

Was greeted with a warm smile by Olivia, such an amazing server! The place looked exquisite. For the prices, and services its one of the best places I have been out when traveling by far. Right after we came from the super-hyper-ultra overpriced Six Flags with bulging heat, this place definitely healed us.
I had enfrijoladas, a vegetarian dish, after the amazing chips and salsa. In terms of taste, the dish was okay. They don’t put added salt on your dishes so one is on their own for that. Can you make the dish in home? Yes. But if home is 4 hours of drive far away and you want to really eat some good food, this dish serves its purpose. The cheese could have been melted a little longer, and avocado could have been seasoned a little better. So for my fellow vegetarians, you will get experience of good kind, with decent tasting food.
Overall the experience was very positive. Olivia asked us around 3-4 times on if we needed anything that was nice, and always with a smile.
