If I could give more than five stars I would. Highly recommend this place. From the time out exit the elevator onto the 6 floor you are welcomed by wonderful staff. I had just settled in my room and decided I’d do supper and have a drink. I chose to sit at the bar, Nick, the bar manger as excellent. Seriously made me feel like a VIP, went above and beyond. So friendly, answered all my questions regarding menu and drinks. I took his recommendation for my dinner, the ribeye! Spot on! Excellent, tasty, just delicious. I now have a new local beer to TN he introduced me too. It was a WIN WIN. I had breakfast twice while there ….breakfast buffet had a ton of choices. I chose to order an omelet second visit! The Summit, it was perfect. You really don’t ever have to leave this hotel! Food. Drinks. Rooftop. Pool. Etc. I never moved my car once I arrived. Walking distance to other places if you choose.
Now for the view, exceptional panoramic view from the rooftop and my room as well on the 4th floor. The indoor and outdoor areas were gorgeous, from the decor, the sitting areas, the atmosphere, all peaceful and serene. They will begin having music on weekends on the rooftop. That I am so looking forward to returning for and fingers crossed some of my favorite bands!

At first glance, the steak is a showstopper—beautifully charred on the outside, juicy and perfectly medium-rare inside. My husband and I went to Altitude for our one year wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. The view was amazing, the service was incredible, thank you Dusty, the food was delicious, the cocktails were creative and on point. I don’t understand why this place wasn’t packed. I had the steak and gnocchi it was absolutely delicious, great flavor and the added shallots were a good touch. Never had a sause using borsin, yum. Steak was bite size and done nicley. Yes a bit pricey, but the atmosphere was nice to look down on the hustle and busel of downtown. 6th floor of Indigo hotel.

During our trip to Gatlinburg we made a stop at Altitude and our server Thales was amazing! I highly recommend this place as the view of the city was incredible! Also recommend coming earlier so you can watch the sunset.

The place is really nice, but I guess you could say the staff were trying (we went after New Year’s Eve, so they looked exhausted). However, the food was nowhere near worth the price. Boxed mashed potatoes, plain steamed broccoli. The drinks were good and the view even better. I’d give the staff another try, but the food not so much.

We booked the private dining area for our rehearsal dinner in December! We happened to be there first event and we were thoroughly impressed! They made an exclusive menu that included sliders, Philly cheesesteak eggrolls, cheese and fruit tray, BBQ/Buffalo wings and fries. The food was delicious! They went above and beyond and filled the buffet when food was getting low. I loved the concept of the drink chips for our party! The one thing I would give feedback for was the sliders. I feel could have been made to order due to them becoming cold with 10-15 minutes sitting in the tray. It was a wonderful experience and we were happy to have booked with your restaurant!

Eat and enjoyed sunset a couple times now and good and service have been simply great the view is absolutely the best in town. Perfect addition to the new vision of Gatlinburg and its revival. Extremely Well Done.
