Very bad service…We ordered some stuff and they took a tone of time to bring it, then they said ‘sorry, I forgot’ then when we got the order a friend of mine got the wrong order. Another friend ordered wings and when I asked the bartender or the food runner whatever he was. I asked him what happened to those wings, the dude acted in a rude mood ignoring me.

I love this place. The prices are reasonable for Vail. The size of meal is good. If you plan to dine there 2-3 times a year, make sense to become a mug cup member and save 15% on food and additional savings on drinks.

No service and charged a 22% large party fee. I had to get our own silverware ask for water and to go boxes. Staff clearly wanted to hang with their friends at the bar over doing their job.

Unfortunately, my experience at Altitude Bar & Grill was disappointing. The customer service was seriously lacking, especially at the bar. The bartender working during my visit was extremely rude and dismissive. She didn’t acknowledge customers properly, spoke in a condescending tone, and made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. In a place like Vail, where hospitality should be top-notch, this kind of service is unacceptable. I had high hopes for this spot, but I won’t be returning unless there’s a noticeable improvement in how guests are treated.

Altitude Bar and Grill is just okay, but it leaves a lot to be desired. The food is average—it’s not bad, but it definitely could be better. The service is fine, nothing to complain about, but also nothing to write home about. The atmosphere, however, needs serious improvement. The televisions are cranked up so loud you can’t even hear yourself think, let alone enjoy a conversation. If they could tone down the noise and step up on the food and vibe, this place could be much better. For now, it’s not a spot I’d rush back to.

Great bar spot if you’re looking for something a little more low key in the Vail area. Food was better than some of the other restaurants in the area that charged 50% more. Atmosphere was very casual; there’s a couple of pool tables, shuffleboard, and even a ping pong table. Bartender was very chill and made good drinks. It’s definitely a go-to if you need a break from the higher end and want to watch a game. Prices are very reasonable for the area.
