Been twice to this place and it hasn’t disappointed me. The staff is great and the food is worth the cost. Had the aguachile de cayo de acha with the black and another with the green sauce. I highly recommend the green sauce if you like it really hot.

Love this place! I have visited the South pharr location but this was my first time to this one and it is way closer! I got the toco cabo and the tostada ensenada and both were so good! Everything tasted really fresh, sauces are all unique and keep you adding more! We sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly and extremely attentive. Will be back soon!!

We went as a family: my wife and our three kids and everything was on point from start to finish. The kids ordered the chicharrón plates and absolutely loved them. Crispy, flavorful, and perfectly portioned for them.

Pulpo Zarandeado, and wow y Órale…..perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. You can tell they know how to prepare octopus the right way not rubbery at all. My wife had the Torre de Mar, and it was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of vibrant seafood flavors.
We also ordered a pulpo pa’ picar with chile chetípín, and that was next level. The spice from the chile chetípín paired perfectly with the octopus:
bold, authentic, and delicious.
The atmosphere was family-friendly, the service was attentive, and the food quality really stood out. Great experience overall.

Let me start by saying I love this restaurant. I’ve frequented both of their locations, and this was my second time visiting the McAllen location off the expressway.
The food, as always, was great. One of my friend’s orders was slightly delayed due to a new server accidentally sending it to the wrong table, but no big deal — these things happen, and the staff handled it professionally.
Since it was a Friday night, there was live music, which is usually a great touch. The only small note is that many of the songs felt a bit rushed in tempo. Live music should help create a relaxed dining atmosphere, and slowing the pace just a bit would really elevate the experience. That said, the song selection itself was good and definitely has strong potential.
Overall, it’s always a pleasure dining here, and I’ll definitely be back.

The “worst” was my waitress never asked me if I wanted drinks, silverware, Came to take order again did not ask if we wanted drinks, had to waive her down . Brings tea in plastic bottle with no glasses with ice , waited 10 min . She proceeds to bring chips and a trio of dips with no plates nor napkins and still no silverware. Requested again. Food comes out looks delish but not hot lukewarm . She is reminded of sugar, limes silverware . Wait another 10 min my food by this time is cold . Had to get up and go to the bar and request from bartender whom was very attentive and got all that we needed. Never came by to see if we wanted more bottled tea nor water . Food was good yet by the time we got what we needed ate it cold. By this time I was so frustrated , paid $75 . Left no tip. Will not go back .

My favorite seafood restaurant in the RGV! I love both locations. The manager Anne is the kindest person and always makes sure I have a great experience. They are so organzied and the food comes out perfect everytime. I continue coming back because of the amazing service, staff and food!!
