Make no mistake, this place is ON POINT!

From the laid back, warm, welcoming environment, to the well appointed selection of empanada, the owners have out done themselves. The vegetarian and vegan options are easy to identify and were both savory and full of flavors. I got a spinach and a vegetarian beef and was not dissapointed. Right across from the castle pines library, the location is convenient for those days I need a book or a conference room.

I’ve been meaning to check this place out and will definitely be back.

This place is a hidden gem! The food is amazing! You can get beer and wine if you want it to go with you empanadas. They even have a vegan one. It is delicious! So delicious in fact that I came for lunch and they were sold out! So I ordered spinach which is equally delicious! Try their sauces to go with your empanada. Its a small price but so good!

Incredible fresh empanadas and pastries, all made from scratch, in house. Wonderful owner. Must try place in castle pines/castle rock.

what a hidden gem in Castle pines. We stopped by for dessert after dinner down the way. We ended up getting empanadas as well to enjoy the next day. The desserts were amazing and I tried the homemade chimichurri. Holy smokes it was delicious. Will definitely be stopping by again. They coffee drinks looked amazing as well

Very calm atmosphere, light jazz in the background. Great place for a chill breakfast or lunch with friends. They have delicious empanadas, good vegetarian options, including impossible meat empanadas, a huge dessert selection, smoothies, coffee (an affogato!), wine and beer. A bit pricey if you get 2 empanadas, a smoothie and a dessert. But still highly recommend!

I work 2 doors down at Brandon Linn Orthodontics, and it’s nice to have a local spot to get a legit cappuccino and also to become my go-to coffee spot! Though the star of the show for me was the spicy empanada! Flaky, and filling, the flavor was delicious. I also got a spinach and chicken empanada for my co workers and they loved them!

This was hard to rate. I love the Empanadas! Five stars no doubt!

However! The cake was a huge disappointment. I don’t think they turn their cakes, at least that one over very quickly. It was good but dry like it had been sitting sliced in the case too long. They could solve this problem easily by not slicing as many pieces until they are needed. Or placing them in a nice see through container that would keep them fresh but visible. It was edible but definitely! Dried out. Sadder still i asked for a recommendation so if he has suggested his best seller rather than telling me everything was good. I would have had a better experience as well.

Sadly I asked for a decaf coffee and I am guessing by the fact that I was up until 4:00 AM I got regular. The coffee was okay, I’d be willing to try it again earlier in the day…

But, overall I’d say go for the Empanadas and don’t be taken in by the rest….

My favorite place to hang out when I’m nearby. The empanadas are all delicious. I enjoy their other dishes as well plus the amazing dessert dish. Don’t forget their coffee, they make some great lattes here.

The employees are amazing and will take their time to explain items to you. The place is rarely busy but very relaxing to be at.

Little gem in Castle Pines. Surprised to find an Argentinian savory pie and coffee/desert shop, but it did not disappoint. Got an empanada and a tarta (big slice of savory pie) plus a mango pie. All very tasty, even got a bottle of chimichurri to go!

The interior was beautifully decorated. There are a few tables to sit down and eat. A few chairs if you are drinking a coffee (or smoothie).
The desserts looked delicious and expertly prepared.
We ordered four empanadas to split: Spicy Beef, Potato and Cheese, Chicken, and Spinach. The dough was flaky and melts in your mouth.
The Spicy Beef did not have that much heat, but it hit the spot. The Spinach empanada melted in my mouth. The spices complemented each other.
I got the feeling that they prefer you to take the food home. They asked three times and then I had to ask for plates, silverware.
The dining area is small, so I understand that real estate is prime. Then, as we were enjoying our last bites, a customer actually cleared our table before she left.
