I had a wonderful experience at Alsham Bakery and Halal Shop. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I ordered halal wings for a family dinner, and Br. Jasser went above and beyond. He marinated the wings himself and had them perfectly prepared and ready for pickup. The restaurant side, with Sr. Mariam, even baked the wings for me since the tray was large, all with a smile and great hospitality. Highly recommend this place for both their service and quality!

If you’re anywhere near Manassas and haven’t tried the makeesh at Alsham Bakery, you’re seriously missing out. I stopped in on a whim and ended up having the best makeesh I’ve eaten in years—crispy on the edges, perfectly soft in the middle, and packed with flavor that hits all the right notes. The za’atar blend was spot-on, and the cheese version? Unreal. You can taste the care and tradition in every bite.

Great selection, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The meat department has a variety of lamb, beef, veal, goat and chicken. Zabeha halal. They have ready to cook kabobs variety of chicken, beef, lamb, and liver. They also have ready to go shawarma, all of those are super helpful for busy moms wanting to have an easy dinner. All great prices healthy and delicious, Highly recommend!

My first time in the store & defiantly great impression. The store runs by a friendly and lovely family (Suzan). Great variety of Mediterranean products. The sweets & bakery items are super fresh, the best fresh Spinach & meat Fatayer ever (Pie). Prices are lower/reasonable comparing to others competitors. I’ll post more pictures on my next visit 🙂
