Just tried for the first time last night and I was already back tonight! It is sooo yummy!! I have ordered a pizza with mushrooms and feta both times. My husband has had a pizza with steak and green peppers and loved it. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2023, ordering from here at least 2–3 times a week. Yesterday, I ordered two large pizzas that are usually delicious. However, today’s order was completely different. As soon as I started eating the pizza, I noticed a strong ammonia-like taste—similar to the smell of Pine-Sol. I even asked my 6-year-old and 17-year-old to taste it, and both agreed it tasted strange.
I’ve only had one previous issue here (with soggy, overly soft lake trout), but today’s situation was handled poorly. When I called to report the problem, the staff acted as if I was just trying to get a free meal, showed no concern about the bad pizza, and spoke with an attitude—laughing when I mentioned we still tried to give it the benefit of the doubt.
At first, I simply wanted to make them aware of the problem, but after being belittled, I requested a refund. I will not be spending another dollar here. Customers matter, and without us, there is no business.

I live in the area and Al Safa is MY SUB SHOP!! Amazing food that seems to be better each time we eat from here and from ordering to receiving our food we get nothing but THE BEST customer service!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!

I DID NOT CONTACT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE CONSIDERATE TO COME TO YOUR RESTAURANT DIRECTLY. I’ve ordered plenty of times. AS STATED PREVIOUSLY!! Every person I spoke to, said it looks like a PARISTE!!

I actually feel the owners a nice guy. However, my last experience was less than satisfactory.
My order was chicken and shrimp over rice.
After eating a good portion . I realized that there was a bug or parasites in my food..
I returned the leftover portion to the restaurant and tried to explain to the restaurant owner , who almost immediately accused me of thievery. I never came in and ask for anything. I just wanted to tell them what had occurred. Absolutely did not appreciate it, as I patron their business often. I even showed him a picture of what a Maggot or some other parasite, and he told me that it was “basmati “rice.
I’ve heard that before at other restaurant’s but, that’s not how it looked in my meal container. I just wanted to bring it to his attention. I will never eat from this place ever again.

Food was really good..I ordered tge 2 crabcakes platter, & jerk wings was so bomb they gave me all flats as requested and no extra charge.! Delivery was less then expected & prices are reasonable. Will be ordering again & again

Wish I could put zero stars. I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce gets home to see my noodles covered in cheese im allergic to cheese nor does it say cheese on pasta. Called company he wanted me to pay again to fix my order. They are suppose to be Muslim company which is why they caught my eye I am also and they stated they didn’t use pork. Please don’t support these ppl my food is dry under this cheese with no meat sauce I’m very disappointed I’m hurt he really wanted me to pay again for them to fix my meal right.

Wow! Everything that was purchased, had phenomenal flavor with generous portions. Ice tea was also delicious with the crunchy ice. Prices are great also , will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered a pizza pick up by my sister and when she came back with the pizza, it was the wrong pieco with bacon on it.I’m sorry.I didn’t get a chance to take a picture. I called the pizza place bag and e. He apologized and had to talk to them. Cook He told me to bring a pizza bag so I can get the right pizza. I asked my sister if she mind going back to get my other pizza and when she brought it back, the pizza was dry, an overcook, my sauce, my cheese, everything. It was just wasn’t what I was used to when I bought the pizza front. I’m two times. All he could do was apologize and say, i couldn’t send my sister back because she had other things to do. I called the pizza place bag and all he could say was.I will make your order right next time. I told him there wasn’t gonna be a next time. The guy who took my order, didn’t want to own up to the mistake.
