Delicious NY style pizza in an area where you wouldn’t expect it. The cheese they use is SO flavorful, and we loved the big pepperoni! Calzone was piping hot, and filled with pepperoni and cheese! Antipasto salad was yummy and huge for the price.. so many toppings and really good Italian dressing. The bread that came with it was so well seasoned, I snacked on it all night. This is definitely a little hidden gem in Barboursville!!

Very excellent pizza, easily the best in the area. Crisp, thin crust and hearty marinara sauce. Thinly sliced pepperoni was really good. You can tell it’s all fresh and made from scratch. Garlic knots were cooked to perfection. The restaurant was very nice and clean with a friendly staff. I am a little concerned about their location. Kind of tucked in the corner of a strip mall and not very easy to notice from the road but hopefully I’m wrong! I will be back.

Save yourself someone dough and chewing time and just get giovannis. The obvious price gouging on the menu is wild (a 12 inch is $14 while an 18 inch is $30) with every topping being an additional 3 dollars. No one relayed a price over the phone so then we get there and its 90 bucks for two pizzas and 2 cannolis which is laughable because no one is even inside of this establishment and there were no other tickets hanging. (Now I see why.) All in all the food was mid, with canned toppings and crust that felt like I was going to need dentures by the time I was done with 1 slice. But hey, maybe its everyones dream to run an eatery where the only other person “working” can chow down at a booth and watch netflix on their ipad in the middle of what should be a dinner rush.

Omg! This pizza is exactly what we’ve been looking for! We recently moved to the area and we’re really missing our favorite pizza place. Kept trying new places and nothing even came close. Decided to give Al’s New York pizza a try and it is almost exactly like our favorite place in SC! Plus the owner and person working the register were so AMAZINGLY NICE! we had to wait a bit and they offered us cannolis to make up for the wait! Kids were thrilled! They ate most of the cannolis before I could even snap a pic! I cannot even explain how happy we are to have found this place! It’s been a year and a half worth of trying different pizza places and we were really starting to get discouraged. I know it’s pizza… but we love pizza! We will definitely be regular customers! I can’t wait to go back!

First time eating here, didn’t even know about the place where it’s tucked away in the corner. 5 star NY pizza. No place in this area can come close to this pizza. You pay for it, but it is well worth it. This is my new pizza place.

We had a really great pizza at this place. The owner/chef obviously takes great pride in what he places on the table. The crust was just the right mix of crunchy and chewy. Sauce was spiced just right and the toppings were generous. Highly recommend!

Wow how delicious is this pizza! I ate it so fast I didn’t have time to take photo of it lol. Fresh, high quality ingredients, quick friendly service, and good atmosphere. Maybe my new favorite pizza spot!
