I was impressed when I was told that there would be a wait because my order would be cooked fresh. I’m good knowing that my food wasn’t sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes before I walked in the door. I ordered the heat level just under the hottest, but it was mild (according to my standards). So if you can’t handle spicy foods, don’t let the name scare you off. It’s good chicken either way. The staff is great and the dining room is clean. And it won’t break the bank. I’ll be back to try the hottest level.

(2 just to not be too rude) I understand that they (AL & Them) were banking on having the success that #daveshotchicken does, but I tried ALs because ive had Dave’s in multiple states and this knockoff is not worthy if you’re looking for flavor or looking for more than 2 pickles on your sandwich! The chicken is retirement home bland. The batter doesn’t stay on the bird and the ranch tastes like mayo with garlic. (Fries: good but I did not finish the bird) Opening a chicken place in this area of town you need support and I hope you win! I will not return due to the annoyed energy of the 1 lady that works too hard by herself. Cheers

I like this place — the food is amazing. However, management really needs at least two workers per shift. The cashier was taking orders and making the food at the same time. It took about 15 minutes just for my order to be taken, and there was no one in front of me because the cashier was busy cooking someone else’s order. For the prices they charge, plus $1.00 for an extra sauce (which is pretty small) and the fact that combos don’t include a drink, it’s definitely not okay and not good customer service.

Hot chicken review! Alright, I came here, got a chicken sandwich slider with medium spice, and the Al’s loaded fries also medium spice. Added side of Al’s white sauce, Al’s spicy sauce, and even the honey sauce to give them a try. Starting with the chicken slider, chicken tender was just ok. The breading wasn’t exaggerated, but I didn’t taste any spiciness or any notable flavor. Coleslaw was neither sweet, vinegary, or creamy, mostly dry, The bread is white bread, which is plain was also dry, no sauce, or even mayo added. It compared as if I was biting into sand paper. added some of the white and hot sauce, but it’s still hard to get any enticing flavor. Moving on to the Al’s loaded fries, the chicken ratio was way off, not worth the price, fries are well seasoned, coleslaw is just there but no significant flavor, sauce has no real distinguished flavor, cheese is the one thing that stood out the most when I got a fork full. To be honest, I’m generous with the 3 star review here. Giving that 3rd star due to the friendly greet at the door, and the chef gave me a discount flyer on my next visit, but I’m doubting I will be back. maybe the rest of the menu may enhance the review ♂️

Amazing!!! My friend and I came here and it was such good service and food! Beatrice is amazing and wonderful, she was so sweet and gave us amazing options to choose from! All the food was so delicious, the mild sandwich was so good, and we had the waffle too!! Honestly what made the experience 10x better was the service, would love to go again!

Great Halal Food. I came here with my husband. We ordered the Half Chicken with Fries for takeout but decided to eat in the restaurant. It was a nice quite place. The food was freshly out of the fryer and fried perfectly. The chicken was juicy and seasoned very well. The service was also excellent, Beatriz was the worker who attended us and she was very welcoming and warm which was part of the reason we decided to eat inside the establishment rather than taking it home. Once seated she came to our table and left condiments, napkin’s and cups for water however she kindly told us that we were free to try any of the other beverages in case we wanted. The service was excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food was fresh, tender and crispy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We will definitely come back and try the other items on the menu.

The fries, were frying. The sauce, was saucing. The chicken… chickenwanging! This aint fast food, your gonna have to wait for your meal that they cook fresh, and they let you know that. You want some chicken, Al’s got you hot.

I was hungry on a drive, seen this place a few times. I’ve done the hot chicken thing like most everyone. Chicken too dry, too uneven spice and sometimes not crispy.
Welp, Al’s did it so correct and perfect, I almost slapped myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming.

Great food and lovely atmosphere. Workers are kind and attentive. Ordered combo #2, one sandwich being country style and the other mild spicy level. I think anything above a mild would definitely have a bit of a kick to it. Food was cooked really quick, which was nice. Also, best part? Halal! W for the Muslims.
