A little pricey for fries, but they tasted amazing, so we give in for a treat now and then. Friendly staff and clean spaces, there are a few outdoor spots to sit on, but we usually just plunk ourselves back in our car.

Arrived on Sunday around 7:45 and apparently they were getting ready to close when their website stated 11. We ordered cheese burgers and fries. I gave them a 2 rating because the fries were excellent but the burger was so cold the cheese wouldn’t even melt. It was horrible.

Awesome fresh cut fries which is their specialty. Also had a burger and coney dog. The chili dog was very good. The coney sauce aka Michigan or chili sauce was excellent. This is the good stuff, not a standard chili with beans type of chili dog they serve many places. The toping is 100% meaty with a bit of heat. The dog was nothing special – kind of generic and a bit soft, but as a coney dog with the sauce the overall dish was really nice. I was a little disappointed by the burger. It was hot and fresh, and the bun was nice, but the meat was just average. For $1 I added a small piece of Romain lettuce leaf and one kind of greenish tomato slice. I’m probably spoiled but no comparison with my own grilling, or a burger from Five Guys.
So definitely go for the fries & coney dog, but I wouldn’t make a special trip for the burger.

The customer service was bad, could barely get the attention of the workers while trying to order, they were speaking to eachother while they have customers standing in front of them and I understand it can be mistaken for looking at the menu but numerous times we spoke up. It’s also awful how they make you go to an ATM that charges you 3$ just make in order. There shouldn’t be an excuse for that because there is service out there and card should be a viable option. Also I know it’s a fast food place but the service is worse than McDonald’s, at least at McDonald’s the kids they hire there know how to work

Sad, it was all sad. The people working, the looks of the frys (not even fresh, just in a dish under a warmer. Over priced, over rated. It has gone so far from what it was 20 years ago. Such a waste of money now.
