Super good breakfast food. Super low prices. Always a go to for breakfast. I believe I got the hungry man. Sunny side up eggs, home fries, sausage, toast and double bacon. Along side a thick and fluffy pancake. Everything hit the spot!

I can’t say enough good things about Al’s Family Diner in Methuen! This place has that quintessential old-school diner vibe that you just can’t find anymore. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and great service that made me feel right at home.
I ordered two bacon, ham, and egg sandwiches, and they were absolutely delicious! Each bite was packed with flavor, and you could really tell that they use quality ingredients. The sandwiches were hearty and satisfying—perfect for breakfast or whenever you’re in the mood for a tasty meal.

How could I not have heard about Al’s Diner before. I moved to Methuen 3.5 years ago and I am so glad I came across this restaurant. Tricia was our server and she went above and beyond. They are lucky to have her. She was so nice. The breakfast was delicious and we will definitely be back!

I was able to get myself some good home fries and some bomb gravy biscuits along with bottomless coffee at a quiet spot with excellent service. My bill was only $10 and change! What’s not to love about great food, great service, and great prices. I’m moving to the neighborhood next weekend, and this will be my go-to breakfast spot!

Well hello everyone, it’s me again. Just wanted to say that I still love this place. But I guess there must of been some kind of open hours misshapes. This past holiday after the new year & the vacation that Al’s Family Diner posted. It was a great sadness that I had. When going there to meet some friends for breakfast we noticed the sign closed till the 13th. So we planned to meet up again after that date. Unfortunately again they were closed but on the site said they were open? A couple more days and went again and they were still closed? This was very disappointing to all of us. Now we are not sure about going there and finding out that they are closed again. Three times a charm, maybe the fourth time we might get lucky. I hope everything is ok with the family. Until next time I will be back hopefully with some answers.
