We were already full from a great stop for dinner…but then we saw a new ice cream shop that we hadn’t yet visited. There is always room in your stomach for ice cream – right?
Since we had just eaten dinner, we decided to share a Sundae (see picture)…and since the large was only $1 more…why not splurge? While it was very tasty, we did have to eat quite quickly to keep the spill-over-melt situation to a minimum. It was worth every spoonful – if you are in the area, you definitely want to stop and try one of your favorite desserts!

This place has the best ice cream flavor combinations, and their dole whip is soooo creamy and fresh. The key lime pie snowstorm storm was loaded with cheesecake. The employees are super nice too.

If you love your ice cream loaded with toppings/mix ins, this is the place to go! They do not skimp, you get what you pay for, and I hope they never change! They also offer rotating flavors of Dole Whip too. They have also partnered with a local baker to provide their delicious bake goods in certain items.

I absolutely love this place. The owner genuinely cares about the experience each customer has. As a gluten free consumer, they have special cones and take precautions which I greatly appreciate. Excellent prices, I enjoy the rotating dole whips, and special seasonal menu. Fast service and fun atmosphere with a beautiful patio. Highly recommend!

Was given a recommendation to go. The ice cream treats were great. Prices not out of line expensive. Overall a clean establishment minus the ice cream smears across both seating area tables and the pesky flies inside (will give a hall pass on these two because it’s summer in Iowa and kids are messy with ice cream.) Some outdoor shaded seating would have been perfect. The smaller table umbrellas weren’t a match for mid day sun. Grab and go is the best option. Wish it was closer to my house!

The ice cream is great, looked clean, the young people work in this place are respectful.

Such a great ice cream shop, just 10 min drive from jester park! Super reasonable prices and the ice cream is delicious. Their ice cream sandwiches are made in store with big chocolate chip cookies and a roughly 2” thick ice cream middle Should’ve snapped a pic but it was gobbled up too quick. I try to visit anytime I’m in the area!

We went on opening day and there were a ton of people and the line moved so quickly. The service was great!
We got the M&M snowstorm, 3 small cones and a BABY CONE! This was the perfect size for my 3 year old.
Add the extra Krunch to your cone and thank me later!

I ordered a medium chocolate snowstorm with Reese’s peanut butter cups as the mix-in. The staff were friendly and courteous and I could pay with credit card, unlike other ice cream shops. There is seating inside and outside.
I was surprised and appreciated when there was a layer of peanut butter cups on top of the ice cream. The chocolate ice cream was excellent. This was much better compared to the ice cream shop in Johnston. I would visit here again.

Saw a tiktok and decided to check this place out since I live nearby! I was surprised that it’s been there as long as it has and that I had never heard of it considering their ice cream is soooo good!!! I got a small snowstorm (similar to a blizzard) vanilla ice cream with Reeses and cheesecake! The portion was a pretty decent amount with all the toppings and was extremely tasteful. I also saw they have a Monster Cookie snowstorm, which I am dying to try (since that’s my fave Cookie ever). I highly recommend this place if you live in Grimes or the surrounding areas! It’s definitely worth the money and fairly priced. Staff was also very friendly!
