The first thing is when you walk in no one greets or welcomes you so that was a bummer and also we had to sit ourself which was confusing. Other review said that the burgers didn’t taste good but my family said it was great! The pasta was really good but a little over priced for the amount of food and the shrimp tasted odd. Our server was really nice refilled our water often which was great. Sadly it was snowing but great views after!

Great place to grab a bite while keeping the atmosphere casual. The meat platter is a great option for 3-4 people. Was recommended by the server and it didn’t disappoint. During our stay we went back twice. Go early if you have a large group. Staying at Fairmont has priority for seating during busy times, which makes sense. Alpine Social also have a kids menu as well with good options. Big portions and kids have a choice of desserts (ice cream or 2 alpine donuts)!

Food wasn’t terrible. The burger and the steak didn’t have a lot of flavor but the avocado and arugula salad and the chicken pesto pasta was really good. The servers were friendly. A few tables have a great view of the lake.

Poor diner-like food. Ordered the hot chicken sandwich. Bad is the only way to describe it. Bad french fries and bad poutine. Kitchen needs a fresh start and new menu. Service not bad. Atmosphere so so. I would not recommend this place. Sorry but very disappointing and not up to FAIRMONT standards.

Visited today here at Alpine Social exceeded expectations in every way. The food was exceptionally well-prepared with rich flavors and thoughtful presentation, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. A truly enjoyable dining experience. A special mention to Amrit, who provided outstanding service—polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Keep it up guys.

Great view and great fish and chips. The server sucks, she doesn’t smile or introduce herself, she never came and ask how things were. Also the lowest tips are 18%. This is how they get you and there’s no where else to eat around there when you visit lake Louise. But the view is great!

This had good food. I wouldn’t call it great by any means, but I didn’t have great food anywhere in the Rockies with exception to the Patricia Street Deli in Jasper. As a foodie, it is disheartening, but I understand that the mountains isn’t always the best place for a foodie to visit. Good thing I went here for the hikes/scenery! Overall, its decent food, decent beer selection, good vibes, very clean, and great staff. We ate here twice and while it wasn’t memorable, it is consistent.

We had a very long day of skiing, stressful bus transfers, and walking on Lake Louise out and back. We were exhausted and concerned with our bus time to return home, however Kira was an absolutely amazing server who reassured us and made sure our schedule stayed on track while enjoying a great meal!

After being mind blown from the stunning views and walk of Lake Louise, we wandered into Alpine Social which is located within the Fairmont Hotel. It wasnt busy at the time so we thought we’d grab some drinks and lunch. Ordered a pasta salad which was pretty good but the tacos were really awful. Dry, chewy, lacking flavour and so we had to return it to the kitchen and request no replacement as it was that poor. The table next to us received their chicken mains and they also had to return it as the chicken was overdone on the outside and under done on the inside. If you look at the menu I have attached, you’ll see they had a satellite kitchen. This satellite kitchen truly let Alpine and all customers down. I hope they have taken steps to improve it but overall an unsatisfactory experience to what could have been a perfect day for us. Cheers ALPINE
