Alpina Bakery is such a cute coffee/bakery shop in the Hamptons. There are not a lot of places that would sell Swiss/European items. Their bakeries and breads are always fresh and delicious! The baristas are also really friendly and helpful. I can say that this is my new favorite place to go to
Also, if you are a fondue lover, you are going to love Alpina Bakery as they are doing fondue nights now on the weekends!!

I got iced caramel latte with almond croissant and breakfast croissant as well. I would say my breakfast croissant was more fresh tasty and warm but almond croissant was great as well. My friend got Vanilla iced matcha latte and pistachio croissant. She really loved her croissant she paid about 13$-15$ i believe. And mine came to 27$ for 2 croissant with one coffee.

Stopped by for lunch after finding their pastries at the nearby Parrish Museum.
The bakery has a few tables inside and they serve lunch, they also have a multiple course menu (price fix) for dinner.
Tried the sandwich with the tete de moine cheese and I would recommend it.
They should work on the service a bit more.
I’ll definitely come back for dessert!

Indulge in a unique culinary experience with great sandwiches, rich coffee, and delightful fondue. Enjoy friendly service from an authentic owner & staff who brings a touch of Switzerland to every dish. Each bite transports you to the Swiss Alps, all without leaving the Hamptons!

This is simply an excellent bakery. It is run by a multigenerational Swiss Family and their food and ingredients are authentic , fresh, delicious , and rarely found on Long Island. I enjoyed two of their sandwiches (expecting to only have one but afterwards couldn’t wait) and was thrilled to try their authentic fresh pretzels , which are so rarely found outside of German speaking Europe and very different from typical American or NY pretzels. Like in Europe, conversation here with the owners is friendly and casual, and highly rewarding. I look forward to returning!

Yum. The savory options here are fantastic, not always the case at bakeries. My son and I shared a ham and cheese baguette and my daughter had a caprice (vegetarian) baguette. Both were outstanding. Followed by some sweet pastries: my son loved his custard and Nutella stuffed cruffin (a hybrid croissant / muffin), my daughter is still taking her time over the slice of chocolate fudge cake, and my wife (gluten free), adores her flourless chocolate cake. The green machine juices, fresh made, and the coffee were great too.

Alpine Swiss bakery in Watermill, New York. Such a hidden gem of the Hamptons.
Must try their pretzel, and the secret recipe of traditional Swiss muesli.
My husband and I had a very satisfying three-course fondue dinner there last Saturday. Highly recommend going with a small group of friends. Live DJ and friendly owner there. Feels like a private dining in a Chalet. Love it.
Will definitely going back. Remember to purchase tickets ahead on the website. 😉
