Food: A+
If you haven’t had a Peruvian chicken experience; you need to check it out. They are well seasoned and the star of the show. You can choose to get a quarter, half or whole chicken. Your choice between white or dark meat. The portions are quite fair. The tres lèche dessert was delicious.
The yellow sauce is amazing (you’ll thank me later).
Atmosphere: B+
This place was very vibrant and illuminated. The images, photos and decor really highlighted and honored the Peruvian cuisine. I really like that.
But the sitting arrangement and cafeteria style tables were a little bit of a turn off. Especially if you’re taking someone out or wanting to enjoy a nice meal with friends. During warmer weather, sitting outside must be nice.
Service: A-
The menu is almost like a fast-food style display when you order before you’re seated. It’s clearly labeled and prices are indicated. The pictures of the food are very professional and minimalist so it’s easy to know what you’re getting. The staff seemed to be on the younger side. If you’ve ever been at chipotle, the ordering experience is quite similar.
You’re using porcelain plates and real cutlery; which was a nice surprise.
Parking: A+
There are plenty of parking. And it’s a wheelchair accessible.

I’m not sure about the restrooms because I didn’t use them, so I can honestly speak on that.
But I can say that the kitchen floor was extremely clean from what I was able to see. Seems like they take cleanliness seriously.
Price: A
Talking about pricing is always tricky because everyone has different financial thresholds and perceptions. That being said; we paid about $72 for 3 people. I think you’re hovering around $15-20 per person without counting anything special drinks or additional sides. You can also do group options where you get a whole chicken or two whole chickens and split them amongst your group. They give you that option, which is more economical.
I think it’s fairly priced considering all food, experience and options you get.

The customer service here is appalling. I visited this restaurant with my family on a Saturday evening around 7 pm, but it was surprisingly empty. The staff, young and seemingly disinterested, preferred to converse among themselves rather than attend to the customers waiting in line. There was a complete lack of order and organization in the restaurant.
I decided to order only five sides of yuca, but that was the extent of my meal. After 45 minutes, I went to inform the staff that I had been waiting for my food for a while and that it was still not even 8 pm. None of the workers seemed to be aware of the situation. The cook admitted that she had never received my order and had thrown out the leftover yuca.
The staff appeared bewildered and clueless, whispering among themselves and staring at us. I found the atmosphere of the restaurant to be unpleasant. I decided to request a refund and no longer wanted the yuca. The cook, who had been preparing a small batch of yuca, became angry when I requested a refund.
After waiting for an absurd amount of time, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Apparently, a customer who had ordered four minutes after me had also not received his food. It seems that there may be a lack of management or proper training for the staff, as they clearly lack the necessary skills and knowledge in customer service.
