I saw a couple had ordered the logo Salvador. I decided to order it and once I got home I was disappointed. It had appeared as if I was given leftovers, pic attached. It did not look like what I had saw by the dine In customers. I called several days in a row and no one called me back. I wasn’t looking for a hand me out. Just a correction. That food cost too much money not be correct. Im giving 1 star credit because the flavor was actually delicious

Really wanted this to be better. Some of my coworkers go on Fridays for the Jerk chicken and it always smells amazing. Decided to give it a try. The flavor was definitely there and perfect amount of spicy. But unfortunately the cut of white meat was chewy and dry. Wasn’t even a whole peace. Looked like they just threw in a couple left over peaces or something. The dark meat was good and I’d suggest anyone wanting the try the jerk chicken to get all dark meat. The girl that checked me out was nice but everyone else there seemed not super friendly. I definitely want to give this another try in the future. Again the flavor was amazing. But fell short on everything else.

This was so disappointing. I ordered two Pollo Saltado plates with rice and beans and this is what I got. About five small pieces of chicken, some tomatoes and rice. It’s missing the French fries and the beans I ordered as well. I gave this place another try because the last time I went it seemed like no one knew what they were doing. Constantly asked me what my order was because they forgot, and spent their time behind the counter socializing. This time is obviously no different. I’m looking forward to never ordering from here again.

I can’t say enough good things about Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken! The chicken is always cooked to perfection—juicy on the inside with that amazing smoky, crispy skin that keeps me coming back. The sides are just as good; the yuca fries and rice are packed with flavor, and the green sauce is seriously addictive. Portions are generous and the prices are ok for the quality you get. The staff is friendly, making the whole experience even better. This is easily one of my favorite spots to grab a meal—highly recommend if you want something delicious, fresh meal.

Wow! My first experience with this restaurant and it was amazing. Never have I experienced the plate served to me looked identical to the beautiful advertised plates on the menus. Portions where generous and delicious. Food quality was exceptional, unbelievably fresh and tasty. All the staff was so kind and helpful. I was unfamiliar with most of the menu offerings and the staff was very helpful in educating me and helping me choose. Worst part of my visit was I want to try so much more of the menu. This will definitely be regular when I visit this area… Possibly worth the several hours to drive back for a date night with the hubby. Favorite part was the overall quality of the made to order food. I loved the plantains. The chicken is so sumptuous. And for a last thought… The yellow sauce taste like a mustard base, the green sauce is fresh jalapeno taste… Both yummy!
I highly recommend this experience. Bring a few friends, order several dishes and taste them all! Easy access for takeout if you just want to do a really nice Peruvian home buffet. I’m so excited to have found this tiny gem!!!!

1/4 white chicken & double green beans. First time there. The food was tasty. Really liked the sauce on beans. Nice atmosphere, friendly & quick staff. The bathroom was clean too. Nice spot.

It is amazing to me how this restaurant is crawling with employees, yet nothing seems to be getting done. They are always out of green beans and never have enough premade sauces for their to go orders. I really like this restaurant chain. Their food is very good. This location is in desperate need of better management.

Ordered online & was very specific about the amount of sauces that I wanted,etc. Go pick up my order for them to give me a kids meal size portion after I paid $14. They NEVER have to worry about me returning. My order was very specific I asked for 3 yellow sauces & got one. Once I saw the portion of my meal I realized why they gave me 1 yellow sauce. If I could give 0 stars I would. 1st impression & they have legit pissed me off. If I wasnt on my 30min lunch break. I would’ve drove back & requested my money back & went elsewhere.

The parking is not so great especially when it’s busy. The interior was bright and inviting. The server was very nice. The cashier was not attentive nor friendly. We had to ask for plates and cutlery. The cashier seemed annoyed just by me asking. We would be willing to give this location a second try. However good food and good service is key to a lasting business ship. The food was good.

Average. Maybe it’s just this location but they used to be better. Used to hit up other locations regularly and was bragging to my girlfriend that she needed to try this place. She was not impressed. Neither was I. Seems like rotisserie chicken from a super market at 4X the price now. Lacking that charcoal flavor. The beans were bland and soupy. Again, used to be much more flavorful. The tostones were good but took forever. Note: most of the food is served cafeteria style from a warming table but anything that has to be made to order is brought out to your table later. I was done with my plate by the time my side arrived.
