I had the best experience celebrating my birthday here. Showing up the night to celebrate my birthday without a reservation is risky but we got a table on Saturday night with in 10 mins is pretty good. The server goes above and beyond to make my night special. I love great service! However I don’t enjoyed my steak too much but my husband enjoyed his so that’s all matters. I think it’s because I don’t like the seasonal veggies. I also wished they don’t remove some appetizers from the menu. Other than that, I had an exceptional night to celebrate my birthday.

Went there for birthday supper. Wasn’t much impressed. Not sure what’s the all hype about. Cocktails and presentation were not bad. But food was overpriced and barely average. Lamb chop was overcooked (almost burnt) and no one asked whether I want it well done or not. Pasta didn’t have any salt or any flavour to vouch for. Customer service was not impressive at all. Too much unnecessary attitude. Like most decent restaurant, they didn’t offer any birthday special perk. Never going back.

I have been visiting Alora for the past three years, and I can attest to the consistent improvement in food quality with each visit. Our recent New Year’s Eve celebration, our second at this venue, was exceptional. The ambiance, lighting, culinary offerings, and the exemplary hospitality of the owner and staff were truly outstanding. The food was remarkably delicious, eliciting widespread admiration from everyone at our table. I highly recommend this establishment for an evening out, whether with a partner or a group of friends.

Great time, great laughs, amazing food. Highly recommend the crispy crab bites, the lamb (excellent) and the seafood salad and the Dubai Noir espresso to perk you up for dessert. Georgia our server was awesome. 10/10 would come again.

It was my husband’s birthday, and after a candlelight concert, I wanted to treat him to a romantic dinner. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the experience we hoped for.
The waitress was kind and the service was quick. I enjoyed my lamb, but my husband was less impressed with his steak. For the price, we expected everything to be excellent.
The main issue was the atmosphere. It was extremely loud people were literally shouting to talk. The tables are very close together, and we could hear our neighbors more clearly than each other. We were hoping for a romantic evening, but the noise completely ruined the moment.

The food, ambience and service is great. Wait time for food was reasonable. My favourite were the raining balls and fried chicken. Our server, Georgia, was very attentive to our requests. Interior design is moody and the place is wheelchair accessible. Will be coming back.

Went here on a Saturday night. Sadly the rooftop lounge was closed, but hopefully next time I am in CA it will be open. We got around 5-6 drinks here after having dinner at another place. I will say it’s not the cheapest but the atmosphere was great. The drinks were delicious as well. We sat at the bar and I had a good time talking with the bartenders and other staff. They were very attentive 🙂

We went to Alora for a graduation dinner. Unfortunately we had to sit inside since the rooftop was closed for a private event.
Ample options on drinks menu, limited & pricey food menu. We ordered a couple of appetizers and they were delicious. In the mains, the halibut I ordered was overcooked and could’ve used some more pea sauce tbh & the cauliflower steak my husband ordered was bland. The saving grace was the lamb and chicken which our companions said were juicy and delicious.

My wife and I had a fantastic dinner at Alora tonight. First time visiting, and we’ll definitely be returning to taste more of their menu. Our cocktails were tasty. The starters we had were top notch and delicious (Crispy Crab Bites, and Scallops – tonight’s starter special). We shared the Mediterranean board for our main and the lamb was great. To finish it off, we tried their Banana Sticky Toffee desert – also a winner. Great service from Venessa, super atmosphere and dynamite food. Not a cheap meal … but worth the spend! Thanks for a great evening “team Alora”. We’ll be back!
