Have been visiting “Aloha 2 Go” for several years after falling in FOOD LOVE with their Huli-Huli Bbq Chicken!
Today we decided to try their recent Breakfast additions as we really love their food. I went with the “Loco Moco” with the hamburger patty for protein, signature brown gravy and topped with over-easy eggs. She had the Loaded Home Fry Hash with Huli-Huli Chicken and country gravy topped with Eggs Over-Easy. I personally think the Brown Gravy may be a slightly better option for this dish with the Huli-Huli’s unique sweet/soy glaze after the fact, will try it the next time.
The Loco-Moco with signature brown gravy & hamburger patty was similar to Salisbury Steak in taste & texture and was great with the eggs & rice! Like a de-tuned Steak & Eggs Hawaiian Style!
Was a great new experience at a regular favorite restaurant trying something new!
It’s a comfortable space with outdoor seating as well. Friendly Staff and unique Hawaiian Flavors ❤️‍

Went to an awesome breakfast spot and had an amazing meal. The servers were very friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in. Ordered the. Kalua Pig Ono Omelet and the pork was absolutely delicious. The kimchi rice was extremely tasty. The coffee was tasty too. We also ordered the Guava Pancakes, which were out of this world- two very large pancakes with guava caramelized on the bottom, plus a container of guava sauce for dipping. WOW!!! Everything was fantastic. Will definitely be back.

Reminded me when I was growing up in Hawaii. The Hawaiian decor, the dated chairs and background Hawaiian music playing. They had a good variety of local Hawaiian favorites on the menu. The food was good. Mac salad could’ve been cooked a little longer and more mayo. Fries had too much salt. But the kalua pork was excellent and the shoyu chicken was right on. When we first walked in we didn’t get that “Aloha” feeling. We kind of felt like we were bothering her. No greeting or smiles. Even though there was just another couple there dining. There’s lots of free parking. Lots of indoor tables.

So I used to live on Oahu Mauka side up in Waianae!!! Linakola Street by the Pink Market to be exact!! THIS IS LEGIT. If you are looking for the Hawaiian plate lunch experience and as close to authentic as you can, this is it…. I did not catch the man’s name at the counter tonight, but he was really quick, and my Huli-Huli plates came out great!!! Not shown in the picture is the Mac salad that I absolutely inhaled! Must stop place and I’ll be back… a ton! Shootz and Mahalo!! Da Kine Chicken!

I used to love coming here, the food was always amazing. Unfortunately, something changed a couple of years ago. The quality has noticeably declined, which is really disappointing. Ordering now feels like a hit or miss.

The food preparation and cooking are very inconsistent. For example, sometimes the rice is overly watery and mushy, today, it was slightly burnt. The shoyu chicken, which is usually shredded, was served in large chunks this time. The teriyaki sauce has turned from black color to light brown (black color was a lot better) I’m not sure why these changes keep happening.

Sadly, this will be my last visit, even though this place used to be one of my favorites.

Had so much fun making Mu-Su-Bi. They’ve sold 15,000 just last year! Never thought I’d enjoy Spam so much! Fun night learning how to make musubi with friends. Stop in and try any of their food. The staff are super friendly and happy to answer your questions. Mahalo

This food is absolutely fantastic! Every single item we ordered is 10/10. The pot stickers are delicious and come with a great spicy sauce. The Huli Huli chicken is cooked to perfection and the sauce is to die for. The Kalbi ribs were delectable.

We had Aloha to Go cater our wedding, and it was even better than we could imagine. The food was AMAZING, so many people complimented it and asked where we got the food from. The price was super reasonable for about 150 people, there was more food than we needed, and it was super easy to work with them. Highly highly recommend this place for any big event that you have, especially the huli huli chicken, the beef, and the fried rice.

The food was really good and surprising as we have had trouble finding legit Aloha fare in Florida. I war disappointed they dont offer theor breakfast menu all day, as all day breakfast is one of the best parts about Hawaii. But Loco Moco is on the all day menu so it worked out anyway. Its a small and cozy dining area, I would love to come back during mornijg hours some time as it seema to offer more. Theres an entire espresso bar area inside the restaurant, but unfortunately was closed by lunch time. Im hopeful they source Hawaiian coffee!
