I’ve been ordering from Aloha Hawaiian since they’ve opened. But tonight was a big disappointment. I ordered my usual curry chicken katsu and loco moco. The chicken was rubbery. What happened? It was good the few times we’ve ordered in the past but tonight, the quality was poor. The loco moco.. the beef patty was bland and dry. I’ve had better loco moco from L&L. Please y’all do better. – from a extremely disappointed customer.

Amazing food, service was excellent and the wait time felt like nothing for two. The serving size was huge compared to places like Hawaiian Bros and the food tasted fresh. We had to get an extra portion of the Mac Salad to go.
The only thing I wish was that they had more customers because the food was that good.
10/10 would go again.

Been here a few times before but came back after I moved away to the same delicious food! Still a huge fan of the spam musubi and the teriyaki chicken is to die for! The mini meal portion is perfect for lunchtime, enough food to feel satisfied and still have energy to go back to work lol

I initially tried this restaurant some time ago. I was impressed by the flavor of the food but felt portions of meat needed improvement. I ordered today, many months since my initial order, and was blown away. Not only was the food fresh and flavorful like the first experience I had, the portion size of meat was far better. I had leftovers which is what I want when I order. I eat small portions so if Its all gone in one sitting, I need to be sitting in a 5 star restaurant where tiny is my expectation. The curry chicken and macaroni salad was impressive. Even the white rice was fresh and cooked with just enough seasoning not to taste bland. The cabbage was the same, flavorful not bland or bitter. AHBE you have given me the best take outI have had in months. Thank you, keep up the good work. PS, I never post food reviews but today, I’m blown away.

I just googled restaurants around me during my lunch break and this restaurant was one of my options on my google search so I decided to give it a try since it had good reviews and it definitely was worth trying. I wasn’t expecting the portions to be so huge and the food is very affordable. It was my first time trying Hawaiian food and it was so good. I definitely would eat here again if I am in the area during my lunch.

Listen, Linda… Linda, Listen!!! They’ve earned all of their 4.8 rating—plus some. I drove 25 minutes, after having horrible Hawaiian BBQ at L&L in the Heights, because I needed to cleanse my palate. I’m glad that I made the drive. FIRE!!! The restaurant is clean and they have more hand sanitizer than I’ve ever seen in a restaurant The young person who took my order was delightful—plus she laughed at my jokes. The plates are literally 1/4 less than the prices at the spot I went to last night and the side of rice was only a 1/4 of the price I just finish slamming down the katsu and BBQ chicken plate and it was outstanding. Their macaroni was proper (and I don’t usually get macaroni at Hawaiian BBQ spots) and their chicken was outstanding. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I shall return soon!

It’s one of my top places to go! The food is very fresh and fulfilling! Forst tome there is was spectacular! The atmosphere was very welcoming and very comfortable with every table having hand sanitizer! The gal who placed the order was very polite and patient, describing what was in every meal we asked about, finally with the order, it was super fast and FRESH the macaroni salad is SO DELICIOUS and the rice m mmm I got the chicken katsu OMG and the other dish ordered was the teriyaki chicken i was very pleased and happy woth my experience and order overall i give it !

I recently tried this spot and had a mixed experience. The Spam musubi was good, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations, and the teriyaki chicken was okay. On the bright side, I really enjoyed the macaroni salad, it was flavorful and well-prepared, and I’d definitely order it again.
Unfortunately, the crab rangoons were a big letdown. The ones on the right in the photo came as they were, and they were not crispy and tasted somewhat stale. I tried air-frying (the ones on the left) to improve the texture, but it didn’t help much. I was only able to eat one or two before deciding they weren’t for me.
That said, I might consider giving this place another shot for the macaroni salad or the Spam musubi. Maybe trying another location would make a better overall experience.
