I stumble across this food truck from seeing their IG reel. It looked good, so I had to try for myself. I visited this food truck around 6:45am in the morning. It was pretty chill, that i ordered and left in 10 mins. When my coworker visited around 8:00am it was already crowded, so heads up.
The menu is simple. Get a few breakfast items and a few lunch items. This time I got the corn beef hash moco. It was delicious and filling. Ate some at breakfast and the rest at lunch. The over easy eggs were cooked perfectly well. But i like to mix everything so every bite has rice, corn beef, gravy and eggs. The crispy corn beef hash and gravy paired well with the rice. Not too salty and hands down savory.
Im definitely coming back and have already recommended this place to my coworkers.
