I went to Almyra for happy hour for the first time and absolutely loved it! It’s definitely one of the best happy hours in the city. Small plates range from $7–8 and cocktails are $7 each, which in this day and age is GREAT pricing for happy hour.

The food and cocktails were incredible, the ambiance was both beautiful and lively, and the service was impeccable. Our server consistently checked in on us throughout the evening. The happy hour menu allowed us to try so many dishes at a great price without sacrificing quality — it doesn’t get much better than that.

I highly recommend the Pyra and Synephos, along with the drink of the day. Our favorite bites were the Saganaki (which comes out in flames — such a cool photo op), all of the dips, the lamb rib, crispy rice, and the salmon skewers.

I can’t wait to come back for another happy hour!

We visited Almyra for a birthday celebration. The staff was friendly, and welcoming.

They have many small dishes that honestly I could order a few and don’t even need an entrée the food was great, very delicious.

In my reservation I did notate the purpose was for a birthday celebration. It would be nice for the staff to know ahead of time why their customers are coming in. Not sure if they have any comped birthday deserts, but staff awareness would god a long way for the customer experience.

Beautiful modern interior with cool music vibes, made our evening dinner even more awesome. Our server was Kevin S. and he was excellent throughout the meal. We were here on the early dinner (6pm) on a weeknight so it was not crowded when we arrived. But, definitely filled up as the night went on.
We began with the 3 spread mezza plate which was excellent. Next was the Cretan Village Salad which we split, and that too was perfect. Entrees were the Lamb Chops and the Short Rib dinners. I could not ask for better on either of these dishes. Lamb cooked perfectly as requested. And the short rib just pulled apart beautifully and had a great juicy flavor. We were both very very happy with all aspects of this evening a Almyra.

Dining experience was exceptional, characterized by both the quality of the cuisine and the inviting atmosphere. The ambiance was truly remarkable, complemented by outstanding food.

Specifically, the lamb ribs, various spreads, cocktails, lamb chops, Chilean sea bass, and gelato were all prepared to an excellent standard to our taste buds.

The atmosphere was further enhanced by the music selection, the lively crowd, the sophisticated lighting, and the overall positive vibes.

The service provided by Alex and Sky was amazing; they were not only welcoming and engaging but also prompt with Smiles

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend it as a must-visit destination in Philadelphia.

Almyra Greek Restaurant in Philadelphia is fantastic. Amazing, authentic Greek food, a beautiful atmosphere, and warm, friendly service. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and you can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. One of the best Greek spots in Philly—highly recommend!

We came to Almyrah for our anniversary. Jared was our server tonight, he was very kind and helped us select items on the menu. First off, Spreads were really good, then we moved on to mains with bao buns with lamb , they were good. Next, We had lamb ribs, this dish was out of this world, hands down the best. I also loved pathos, it was rightly balanced. Desserts were also good.

Almyra delivers another standout dining experience, highlighted by beautifully executed dishes. I had the Chilean sea bass and it was exceptional—perfectly cooked, buttery, and rich without being heavy—while the layered potatoes were indulgent and flavorful. Add the grilled vegetables and the hummus platter and you have a delicious meal with and heart health pizzazz!

The atmosphere is always lively and energetic, with a festive buzz that adds to the overall experience, though it can be a bit noisy. Still, the quality of the food and the upbeat setting more than make up for it. Overall, Almyra is highly recommended for anyone looking for memorable flavors in a spirited, social environment
