The food here was decent once we got it (the smash burger was memorable, hence the 3 stars). But I cannot understand why it takes the kitchen 2 and 1/2 hours to send it out. I get it, you’re busy. But how are you not prepared for this? And if it was just a one off I’d say it was a bad night, but every time is like that. The wait staff spends alot of time just standing around, which makes sense I guess since there’s no food coming out of the kitchen. I hope someone in management reads this because the burger was good enough that I’d go back, but not good enough that I’d wait 2 and 1/2 hours for it again.

3 1/2 hours and our waitress sucked…. Like I have patience but she forgot our orders. She asked multiple times if we had put mains in … ya like 2 hours ago. I can’t believe I’m writing the review after saying how much I loved this place for years. Watched the kitchen close and reopen after she forgot our orders. Once the food came, we had nothing to eat it with utensils wise. We asked to pay to speed up the wait time and she took our tipped receipts before we even got our food.

The server asked my friends who were having G&Ts if they were fine with rail and when asked if she knew what other brands they had, said no. She also literally took my friend’s salad and his G&T out of his hands because she thought he was done with them but didn’t actually look. Additionally, the pulled pork sandwich was so dry as to be almost inedible

Ii don’t often take the time to do a review, but this had to be done…we waited 3 HOURS for an appetizer and it NEVER CAME! Had to wait 10 minutes to CANCEL our order because so many people were on line to cancel. We waited so long that all other places in town were already booked and had NO FOOD! Worst service in my entire life. Honestly, I’ve never been treated so poorly for dinner in my entire life ..and I’ve traveled a lot .

Reagan is miserable. She is no help. Gives no help and stares at us at the bar all night. We simply asked her for a paper towel and she gave us the nastiest look ever recorded in history. She should not be serving people with that nasty attitude. She literally has no patience. Food took over 2 hours which is not her fault. we stayed at the bar the whole time and when we asked her for an update over an hour of waiting, she told us it was not her issue and to ask someone else. Hope this helps she shouldn’t be serving at a college bar.

A typical college town bar. Nacho’s we’re very good . There was no table service, so we had to go to the bar for food and drinks. The drinks were watered down. The live music was decent. The upstairs had corn hole and pool tables.

The only disappointing factor was the waiting time! I waited 15 minutes before my order was taken! Which looked like they were under staffed…
I would highly recommend please tear off or dispose or Carry along with you the customer recipient. They have charged me twice. One without a tip and one without a tip. I have tried to contact my Credit card as well as the restaurant but to no avail. So, please don’t sign twice or leave your copy on the table!

Cool atmosphere. We were there prior to WVU homecoming parade, so it was packed! Service was very slow and the limited menu, given crowd size, was down to pub apps. The drinks were good and it was a nice place to meet with my friends, just think we’ll have to give it another go when not so crazy downtown.

Horrible! Waited 3 hrs for food that never came. Busy, but not That busy. When we finally tried to pay for drinks and leave, bitchy waitress told us we had to pay for food that never came???? We got a manager, paid for drinks and left.
On the way out we asked several tables ghere wait times for food..all over 2 hrs.
I still do not understand what happened? That long for fried public grub and burgers????

Food was good, service was good- good place for good old American food- Cheese steak and chicken sandwich were delicious. Good beer selection. Was good for a family dinner night out.
