This is an underrated GEM that deserves to be teeming with patronage. They know how to deliver FLAVOR and what they offer is just that: flavorful, aromatic, perfectly spiced and seasoned fresh delicious TOP TIER Lebanese fare. They are known for their roasted chicken, but they are bringing so much more. I think the location is tricky and makes them overlooked, so perhaps a cute outdoor patio area with hanging lights to garner the attention of busy suburban passersby would be just the thing to bring in the hoards that this cut-above culinary establishment deserves.

We had our pre-storm feast yesterday at one of our favorite places, Almaza Grill. So much flavor: the way it should be. Nourishment for the soul, not just the body. Moussa is generous and kind, and he sent us home with EVOO, spices, and extra pita with their famous garlic sauces. We like dining in AND bringing food home with us. It’s that good. Perfect counter for the cold weather. ❄️

Mousa has succeeded at creating an authentic Lebanese experience in Buffalo! Best Lebanese food I’ve had in the US in years. Amazing meat quality, bread quality, sauce quality; really best food quality overall! The sauces were amazing! The prices are really good. The portions were also very generous! I highly recommend the mixed grill!

Rotisserie chicken is a must. Perfectly grilled, seasoned well and has a nice char. Skin is crispy and the meat is juicy. My wife rarely eats the breast meat but she really enjoyed this one. The superstar is their garlic sauce that brings that necessary acidity that cuts the grease bringing everything into balance. Their basmati rice and salata was really good. We also enjoyed their Kibbie, where the juices from the beef were locked in perfectly inside the fried batter. Will come back!

Lebanese food is a cuisine that has a little bit of flavor for all tastes. In WNY the options for fresh food that has layers of flavors, herbs and spices is minimal so when you find a diamond around the corner your whole palate is transported to another region of our world! I’ve been lucky enough to travel the world and let me tell you their Fattoush salad is as amazing as it is in Knightsbridge, London or the Kings Road. The freshness of the sumac is addictive and refreshing at the same time and a must try for summer! Definitely try the Kibbie a delicious pocket of perfectly spiced meat and onions. And of course who could pass up Rotisserie Chicken which a 1/2 chicken comes with two sides. Try something other than fries or hummus is my suggestion, that Baba Ghanoush (eggplant) is roasted which gives the whole dish a stunning taste. The smoothies go crazy too. Honestly I’m still smiling from great eats lol.

This place gets better every time I go. It is one of the, if not THE, best mediteranean restaurants in Buffalo. Yes, because of the food. The food is consistently outstanding, hit the spot EVERY time. The portions are flavorful & generous. But also, the hospitality. Walking in there is like you’ve returned home to your middle eastern cousins that you never knew you had.
Expert Tip: Bring people to order more & share. Don’t skip dessert. Order an extra garlic sauce. Make sure you meet Musa.

Just incredible. If you’re looking for an authentic experience. This is it. I don’t know that I can recommend the chicken over the lamb. The lamb is absolutely perfect. When someone is looking for lamb, this is what they’re looking for, though they don’t always get it which is perhaps because the lamb has been frozen.? This lamb never Frozen. Absolutely perfect to the tooth.
Somehow the chicken may be better. I’m not certain but it may be better. Obviously family owned and operated. Just a joy to go there and eat.

Food is amazing. If you’re hesitant on trying their food, you most definitely should! They offer both to go and dine-in services. Food is fresh and authentic, the chicken their specialty. Owner is polite and accommodating. Would 100% recommend.

The great: service was fast friendly despite being busy. The kibbie was perfectly fried, very flavorful, and juicy.
The good: the falafel and kafta were slightly overcooked but had amazing flavor.
The not so good: Rotisserie chicken, grilled chicken breasts, and have decent flavors but we’re all very dry.

We really enjoyed our dinner here at Almaza.
Service was fantastic and the food! Oh the food was delicious — not one thing left on our plates.
We were so full that only one of us could handle dessert. The dessert was also good. The iced teas deserve an honorable mention because I could drink it all day.
Definitely will be back!
