I absolutely loved the blackened redfish and goat cheese mousse! My husband really enjoyed the pork shank. We ended with cheesecake, which was also delicious. The cocktail menu is so creative, and the restaurant has such a fun atmosphere. Service was excellent!

I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner and so did my spouse. We went on a Friday night. We opted for the reservation since we came from an hour away. But walk-ins are welcome too. We had an appetizer, drinks from the bar, two entree’s, and a dessert. We loved our food and our waitress was great. I definitely recommend it.

My first time dining here and it couldn’t have been better. The goat cheese mousse was excellent as was the redfish entrée. One friend had lasagne and another the filet. Nothing but rave reviews. The cocktails were creative and tasty. Service was exceptional. It was a little noisy but who cares.

Our 1st time to Allsopp & hope to return. Our server, Austin, was attentive and helpful with our selections. We enjoyed the tuna nachos, parmesan chicken, and NY Strip special. All was delicious with complex flavors. Definitely get something with their sweet potatoes.

I went to Alsopp for the first time Valentine’s weekend and had an amazing dinner! The food and drinks were perfect. Service was on point and prompt and the manager Dylan came by and checked on our meal which was a nice personal feel. I had such a great time I left my phone at the restaurant and was to meet with Dylan the next day to retrieve it with no problem at all. I had the ribeye which was cooked perfectly and my had the filet which was also perfect. Signature cocktails were both made very well with no long wait time. Definitely an experience everyone should enjoy! I will be back soon!

So, I went here on a recommendation and thought “sure, we’ll give it a shot.” I’ll start with the food. We started with the lobster & scallops risotto my wife and I had the seabass. I ordered the lobster mac-n-chees for the table. And my wife brought a family member. Who had the pork chop. The lobster was over seasoned which made the lobster very salty in taste. My seabass wasn’t too bad. The edges were a little rubbery. But still good. Was not comped on either lobster but was given a discount (small) on the lobster and scallop risotto. Order a glass of Porto tawny and the glass was smudgy like smudges around the rim of the glass where it’s a noticeable fog so it appeared that the glass wasn’t cleaned. My server who said everything was good, seemed very polite, friendly, not overbearing which was fine. I still left the tip but these are things that when you go out to a restaurant you want your server to kind of know what’s happening tonight. What are the people saying. This is not right or that is not right so I’m really relying on the host for valid information. So that takes care of the food and the service. Now the atmosphere, the atmosphere. If you’ve never been there, it’s okay. It’s not overcrowded. It’s not an intimate spot that you can really go to, so you’re kind of in close proximity of other people, but it’s not loud. It’s not elbow to elbow either so it’s one of those places where there’s enough space really just for your table and that’s it. Would I go there again? I’m not sure if I would or not. Would I recommend it? I can’t say that I would not recommend it but I can’t say that I would. It’s something that you’ll have to try for yourself.

Walked in here by happenstance as the other place I was headed to full and had a wait. I got lucky and came in here, even though this place was full also. Ordered the Salmon, asparagus, and a great surprise with the mushroom bread pudding. They have a fantastic selection of spirits, and the bartenders were great. Despite how busy they were, still very friendly and conversational. It’s a great place for a business dinner or date. Will definitely be back.

We had dinner here during a road trip where we wanted to check out downtown Little Rock as a break from random town stays. We were between this restaurant and the Capital Bar and Grill – looking for good cocktails and local food. We’re so happy we chose this restaurant! The cocktails were great; interesting and well-balanced. The food exceeded expectations – unique, nuanced flavors that’s not always a present within hearty, Southern style cuisine. The vibe was lively and people definitely came dressed up for a nice night out, despite a quieter downtown area. The service was top notch – attentive with great recs. If you find yourself in downtown Little Rock this is a great experience.
