I’ve been wanting to come here for quite some time but I’m not usually home during the week. My chance finally came! We walked in for lunch and yes, as everyone said, the setting is beautiful with floor-to-ceiling windows and being situated right across the street from the sculpture garden. We were greeted immediately, and directed to choose our own table. Menus came swiftly with water and they took the time to explain the specials. I got the Italian Beef Sandwich, hubby got the lasagna. Both were recommended to us, and both were fantastic! Service, food, prices, and ambience were all on-point! Also, I love that they closed out our meal with fresh cookies for dessert!

We stumbled across this gem while visiting the Pappajohn Sculpture Park and stopped in for lunch on a Friday afternoon. We will definitely be back! Gorgeous views through the soaring glass windows, impressive menu and the staff really made the experience exceptional! We ordered the meatball sandwich, the chicken mozzarella panini, and an antipasto salad. All of the food has an elevated taste at a reasonable price, the food was brought hot to our table surprisingly quick and I was delighted to learn that the cafe can be rented for private parties. What a great little corner of DSM!

Innovative flavor profiles and attentive service. Excellent experience. We had the chicken panini (best my mom had ever had), and I had the roast beef sandwich with carrot ginger soup. We finished with sugar cookies. Even though I usually dislike the typical dry bland sugar cookies, these instead were perfection. Chewy, hint of almond, and buttery goodness. It was obvious the servers and chef staff care about the food.

Eat here!!!!
It is in an office building, but beautiful glass windows and the service was amazing! They don’t usually have tea, but found a way to make me some anyways.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Allora Cafe, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and I couldn’t help but feel like I was in the company of good friends.
The menu at Allora Cafe offers a wide variety of options, which was great to see. I always appreciate when a restaurant offers something for everyone, and Allora Cafe certainly delivered on that front. I opted for the Roast Chicken Panini Sandwich, and it was hands down one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the bread was perfectly toasted. It was truly a culinary masterpiece.
In addition to the sandwich, I also tried the Italian Sienna Chili, and it was just as amazing. The spices were perfectly blended, and it had just the right amount of heat. It was the perfect dish to warm me up on a chilly day.
One of the things I loved about Allora Cafe was the location. The dining area overlooks the sculpture park, which provided a beautiful view to enjoy while eating. It was a great way to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and simply enjoy the moment.
Overall, I highly recommend Allora Cafe to anyone looking for a great dining experience. From the friendly staff to the delicious food and beautiful location, it’s a must-visit spot.
