The sleigh ride (pulled by a snow cat) is such a fun experience for children and adults. The staff at Allies Cabin were warm and inviting. We had a beautiful table for 6 along the window and near the roaring fire.
Food was generally very good. Standouts were the sea bass and the pork as well as the venison and the pasta with boar. Avoid the lasagne which is just too cheesy. Risotto was great. Nice wine list by the glass and great cocktails.

The ride up and down was nice on the snow cat. Blankets were provided but you still need to dress warm. Be prepared that the food is VERY expensive here. It was good but I wouldn’t consider it excellent. The hostess was awesome, good personality and welcoming. Our server on the other hand put a damper on the whole experience. Not friendly and not welcoming. She also forgot the soup one of us ordered. It never came out. We had two families 3 in one party and 3 in another. We asked her to separate the bill. She looked so confused and said she wasn’t sure she would be able to do it ..huh? Waffle House can split a bill but this place couldn’t? She finally came back with two checks but still didn’t have the items correct on the proper bill.

The family we were with have been here before and said this wasn’t as good of an experience as they have had in the past.

What a fun and delicious dinner.
I loved the tomahawk steak, it was perfectly cooked to my enjoyment. Our drinks were delightful too. The wait staff was so friendly and helpful.
The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing.
Thank you for a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner!

I have a home in Bachelor Gulch. I do a girls week 1 week out of the year. I booked a reservation in August 2025 for the end of February 2026. I received a email confirmation that they received my reservation. This week I received a email telling me they cancelled my reservation. I called and the lady I spoke with told me they had a “Glitch” in their system. They booked the restaurant for a group event. She asked if she could book for a different day. I asked for Monday or Tuesday the same week. They are closed. We can’t do any other time during my girls week as we have reservations and plans at other places. The woman I spoke with just flat didn’t care. I will share with everyone I know and the Bachelor Gulch Club what happened. I will never go there. Just beware if you have a specific week, you might not get your reservation even if you have a confirmation…if they have something better come up your out!

Our family had a wonderful (albeit very snowy) experience up at Allie’s Cabin! The ride up and back was very cold, and like many reviewers I have to recommend that you dress warmly in winter and plan for a potentially snow-covered (wet) seat on your sleigh. However, the whole thing was totally worth it!
We visited during Spring Break (third week of March) and Beaver Creek was treated to a lot of fresh snow during our stay, including the night we made the trip up the hill for dinner.
Service was prompt, pleasant, personalized, and very good. There was a sommelier available and engaged, a nice touch.
The Bison Bolegnese was probably my personal favorite dish, but I enjoyed the Arancini and Swordfish as well.
The prefix kids menu was no doubt not a good value, but desserts and family atmosphere made up for that.
Overall, it’s just a good experience and so unique. I could see how it might get too busy or overwhelmed during peak season, but for an end-of-season special treat, totally worth it.

What a fabulous dinner! More people should talk about how fabulous Allie’s is! We have done Beano’s for several years in the past but we thought Allie’s was even better! Our son loved the snow cat ride up to the cabin. Once inside the cabin you have the most amazing views of the mountains! We did an early reservation since we had our 5 year old and it was worth it for that view!!!! Also the service is top notch! Dinner was absolutely delicious! We ordered the Scallop appetizer, kale salad, and each ordered the short rib Ragu! They also have a kids menu. It was fabulous! I could not recommend it enough! This is our new favorite restaurant in Beaver Creek!

Allie’s Cabin was as wonderful as always! This was our first time going on a Thursday night- perfect for the fireworks show! Jesse leads a great team, the sommelier picked out a great selection for dinner, Natalia was a very attentive waitress, and Carly was an engaging snowcat host! Make sure to add this experience to your ‘bucket list’ for if you’re in Beaver Creek and have the chance to snag a reservation.

What an awesome place! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious (kudos to the new chef, especially toward allergy-friendly food), and it’s the coolest atmosphere on the mountain. A special shout out to the host and to Jerry the bartender. Thanks for always making our time here memorable.

Looking for a special place to celebrate? This was the best dining experience we have had in ages! And it was an adventure, indeed. From the moment we met the team members who took us up to Allie’s in the snow cat, to the hostess, the sommelier, to our wait staff it was a friendly, welcoming evening. Our family was treated warmly even with kiddos (not the case at most fine dining facilities). The food was exceptional!!! The tenderloin in particular was the best I’ve ever had. It is very gluten free friendly. I’d give this experience a 12/10. Thank you all so much for such a great memory!

Allie’s Cabin is only for the poor souls that couldn’t get o to Beano’s. Clearly these are restaurants that are on the mountain and part of the experience is the snowcat sleigh that takes you to the restaurant. Our sleigh was not functioning (I should state that this was peak season between Christmas and New Year’s) and we all rode up in a people mover with opaque windows due to frost and descended on a ladder to get out of the vehicle. Remember you are paying extra for the ride.
Once there we are told that they are sold out of much of their wine( prime season). Once served, entrees missing, once finished dining, can’t get down as their snow cats aren’t working (prime season). I have been in the area for “too long” and feel badly for the deterioration of the quality that used to exist.
Bottom line, don’t bother with Allie’s if you don’t get into Beano’s. Many other restaurants will offer better fair and service. Sorry.
