My friends and I decided to celebrate two special occasions at Allie Katz. We found seats at the bar and were ready to order. One of my friends flagged down the only Black bartender and asked for a drinks menu. The bartender responded abruptly, saying, ‘Didn’t you just see me walk back here?’ We were surprised and taken aback by his unprofessional demeanor. Fortunately, the female bartenders were more welcoming and helped make our experience more enjoyable.

This is the most unprofessional restaurant in Augusta. They mess up your food and get mad because you want a refund. I spoke with the “Manager” tonight and he was very unprofessional! He tried to argue everything I said instead of fix the problem. Someone else needs to runs this place he will turn every customer away with that attitude. Fries were disgustingly hard! And he was more worried about a receipt than actually fixing the problem. This isn’t an environment for the upper class people. Don’t waste your money here.
