Wow I’m the first to review. Been waiting to try this food truck for about a year but they seem very popular traveling around so our schedules never matched up. Today was the day and it was worth the wait. Awesome ribs, sweet Slap sauce was great, Mac and cheese was great. No idea why but at the last second I decided to add a sweet tea. I picked up my food and started to walk away while taking a big sip of sweet tea. I literally stopped in my tracks and went “WOW!” Out loud. I thought I have had really good sweet tea before but I was wrong. This may be the best thing I’ve ever drank. Wonder if they sell it by the gallon. Only criticism would be they use paper straws which quickly turned useless. Good thing the sweet tea was so awesome I drank it so quick it didn’t matter. 100% will be back.

Got one beef rib and side of Mac and cheese. The rib was smoked to perfection with just the perfect amount of smoke and seasoning,the fat was well rendered,I didn’t try the Mac and cheese because I was pretty full off the one rib.

You have not tasted BBQ until you have tasted Allen’s BBQ. Meaty ribs perfectly smoked. Oh and the pulled pork was definitely smoked to award winning flavor. It was not greasy like most I have tasted.

I am a BBQ connoisseur , I enjoy cooking my own bbq on my offset smoker … I know that Allen is a master of his craft he makes some of the best bbq and seafood you can get your hands on no joke I was truly impressed he’s got a customer for life and I recommend my Friends and family . We used Allen’s food truck at our wedding and it was a HUGE hit. They were extremely friendly to our wedding guests, and we got so much food for the price. The food was SO delicious, that we had guests going up 2 or 3 times in order to try as much food on the menu as possible. I would highly recommend, 10/10 experience!!

I was at her establishment Friday seen her go to another vendor talked to the other vendor customer told them we have the same product as this other vendor. She was very rude to the other vendor the vendor was like what are you talking about. The other vendor was polite and very apologetic for you mean words you said to her. Sorry but you were wrong for treating her like that! I will not eat at your establishment!
