Ordered some specialty drinks and they were all amazing. Food was fantastic. If they have the German Potato Soup, get it! (It was a special while we were there.) Also, the Godfather specialty sandwich was amazing! Bartenders and patrons were so friendly I felt like I was back home at our neighborhood bar and grill. We stopped in on our 1st night in town and had to stop back by before we left. Looking forward to going again the next time we’re in Jersey.

Their event space is perfect for a nice dinner or a fun cocktail party! I hosted a dinner for about 50 parents of a local youth sports team. AB&G was the perfect spot!
The private room is classy, the food was excellent and the drinks were great. From when I first reached out, they were willing to work with us to find the perfect solution for our needs. And the night-of, the service was outstanding! Can’t recommend ABG enough!

I highly recommend Allendale Bar and Grill. The food is excellent, and every single person working there is outstanding. We reserved a private room and had a baby shower there over the weekend, and the experience was great. Sean and PJ went above and beyond anything we could have expected. We were very fortunate to have them handle the food, drinks, etc. We had arranged this reservation with Nicole, who is also outstanding. This was a wonderful afternoon and we look forward to many more meals at this restaurant.

Had a table for 7 reserved for a Saturday night. The places was packed but we got our table right on time. The food came out timely and is fantastic – everything…especially the wings. Zach was our server and I cannot say enough good things about him – attentive, personable and just a real nice young man. Everything about this place is 5 stars.

Pepe’s chili enticed me, so dipped my toe in the water with the cup size of Pepe’s chili. I thought it was a personality driven/ appearance situation? Pepe was not present, but the Chili felt like a warm hug anyways. I will come back with my male coworkers to indulge in the bowl size next!

Hosted our daughter’s baby shower here, in their private room.. Everything was great. Nicole, who was our go to for booking, answered all our questions and was alwalys available. The room was perfect, we were allowed to decorate however we wanted. Great table set up. The food was delicious. Bathroom on same floor. PJ and Sean, working the bar and serving, were great. They were personable, helpful, attentive, always checking with us as to when we wanted food served, etc. We didn’t expect this level of service. If we ever again need a place to host an event, we’ll be back. In the meantime, we’ll be here for lunch and/or dinner.

This is the second time I have been here since my son moved to town. Both times I had burgers, as that was what so many reviews raved about. For a place famous for their burgers, I was so disappointed both times. First time the burger was way undercooked. I’m not picky, but close to medium is fine with me. It was so rare that the bun was soaked with red juice. I figured it was just a freak thing, but the second visit my medium burger was burnt and dry with cheese hiding the more Burt side of my burger. Also just 2 thin not crispy bacon slices hanging halfway off the bun doesn’t cut it. Get it together in the kitchen and maybe in a year I will return. So disappointed.

Update 2/25 – this place doesn’t miss. Tried their smash burger and it was delicious. Also shout out to the lovely server, Kayla, who provided the best service and always had a smile.
Great food, service and drinks! Also a great place to watch soccer games. Had their Texicana burger special and it was delicious.
