Tasty and unique Italian food with great service. The service was excellent and at no time did I ever feel rushed with this meal.
Their menu has some interesting items, and they use their pizza oven to bake some of their dishes which makes for a unique presentation of certain items, such as their lasagna.

Everything was perfect! Four of us were in Chattanooga for a week on vacation. We liked Alleia so much, we went twice. Our server, Christopher (we requested him on our second visit), was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu items and the wine list. The food was amazing as the attached pictures will show. We will definitely return if we’re in Chattanooga again.

Alleia is one of my favorite restaurants in Chattanooga, but our most recent visit may have been the best one of them all.
We were warmly greeted by Elyse and we usually order the same thing every time but she recommended some new dishes and the way she described them were exactly how they tasted! She recommended we try the soy bean salad (which was incredible) and the oyster mushroom bruschetta, which she suggested pairing with a Rosé from Greece and it was a perfect pairing. I can’t even do the bruschetta justice with my words, you have to try it.
I always get the angel hair pasta and Elyse suggested my husband try the spaghetti pomodoro, which may be my new go to pasta. The pomodoro was so flavorful and the cherry tomatoes absolutely popped with the cheese the pasta is topped with.
10/10 no notes – everyone, please run to Alleia to enjoy some amazing food and wine with amazing service.

My husband and I were gifted some gifts cards and came tonight. The atmosphere is different for us but it was pleasant. The food was FANTASTIC and our server Jess was phenomenal! We asked so many questions and she knew all the answers. I had the spaghetti à la Americana and it was so flavorful and Smokey and absolutely delicious. My husband had the 2 layer lasagna and we were amazed at not only the size of it but the taste. We also shared the flourless chocolate cake with gelato and it was magnificent! Overall if we could star this 100x we would.

My wife and I had an amazing date night at Alleia! Very cozy and romantic vibe. The food was excellent. We had a few cocktails with the bacon-wrapped dates, short ribs, and duck breast and it was all incredible. Definitely the best meal we had in Chattanooga.

The standout for me was the house-made pasta. You can really taste the difference—fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. I’m a super picky eater, and I was so impressed that they were more than happy to customize my plate exactly the way I wanted. And boy, was it good. Every bite was spot-on.

Alleia is one of our favorite places in the Chattanooga area. We came again for our anniversary and certainly were not disappointed! My husband had the Braised Short Rib and I had the Mushroom Tonnarelli. Both were outstanding! Our server, Jake, was very attentive and didn’t miss a beat. The sangria & Tennessee Mountain Road were both great, as well as the chocolate cake. We always enjoy the atmosphere. We’ll be back for sure!

Magnificent!! We decided to celebrate my birthday at this restaurant tonight and it exceeded our expectations. Everything was 10’s across the board. We had the pleasure of having Alex as our server and she was fantastic. She was super attentive and personable. She made wonderful recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the menu.
The atmosphere was so lovely and if it wasn’t frowned upon to do so in public I probably would have licked my plate. I’m not even joking. It was that good.
