I’m not one to leave a bad google review but this unfortunately feels like private equity ripping the quality out of a great brand.
I’ve been to the location in florence & everything is fresh and flavorful, even when choosing the menu items with simple ingredients. The sandwiches here barely taste like anything—the tomato could be water for the lack of flavor it has—and for a $22+ sandwich there’s practically nothing on it. Round it out with finding a hair on my sandwich…I’ll be going to Bread Head instead next time I want a focaccia sandwich.

Super disappointing experience for a corporate delivery order. We ordered 11 sandwiches – delivery driver had to wait about 35 minutes past the estimated time and only 4 of the sandwiches arrived. The team offered to include freebies if we came to pick up the rest but by then over half the team was missing their lunch, it was late, and we couldn’t leave the office.

Food and atmosphere is cool, but the workers are below 1 star. Rude and can’t explain or talk like a normal person when someone is waiting for more than 20 minutes and just asks why it is the way it is. Just rude and disrespectful. “We can cancel it, no problem!”
