This is my last option on trying to get a refund. I went in Sunday to pick up two sandwiches. I placed an order at kiosk and waited about 15 min for 2 sandwiches. Which is Normal time . I had another order of 2 plain tacos that took about 40 mins bc they had forgotten. We asked for a refund and the people there said they didn’t know how to refund us. When I get home my food is completely soggy and the tacos aren’t plain so my kids don’t eat due to spicy salsa on them. It’s truly just wrong for you to pay for a service and you don’t even enjoy it and can’t even get refunded or anything. Our night was ruined and my girls went to bed without eating since it took so long for us to get food it was already night time by then. No one answers no one cares.

Grate place to pick up something quick. My orders are always ready and there is always a friendly staff member there to help out for any reason. By far the quickest and easiest way to pick up food from. 10 out of 10 Americans would recommend!
