So disappointed with my experience today. We love the food here but the cleanliness is a major issue. I usually see the trash overflowing but this is just unacceptable. I told the girl at the resister and she seemed irritated that I brought it up. In the 20 minutes I was here nothing was done about it. The girl at the register also told me I was unable to get points for my order because she didn’t know how to go back?

I stopped in with my son to get a quick bite to eat. I was pleasantly surprised about the variety of choices in a bagel place. Good breakfasts and lunches are available. The restaurant uses a place order and pick up areas. So I got waited on right away. My food was ready. It was exactly what I wanted an everything bagel with cream cheese & lox.. My son also got exactly what he expected a breakfast bowl. Will definitely come back.

Pretty good! The bagels and paninis are really good but I do not like the fry seasoning whatsoever and the coffee is WACK. Like fr fr nasty. So gross. This was from when I asked for milk in my coffee. And I got a latte in a previous stop and it was just so bad fr I couldn’t drink them at all.

I spent $40 for breakfast sandwiches which lacked flavor or freshness. Just way too much salt and too much cheese which tastes like it comes from a can. The 2 drinks tasted watered down and also bland. The 3 french toast bagels tasted find just weren’t cut like I asked. The quality really went down hill here as I used to boast about how great of a place this was.

The bagel varieties are amazing, the store made spreads are great as well. The staff at the counter were kind and courteous. The lunch sandwiches are a bit pricey for the size and quality of the ingredients. I think the breakfast aspects of this place are better than the lunch options.

Great place to eat if visiting town. People who work here know the regulars by name and great them with enthusiasm. A variety of seating types, leather chairs, small group tables, high top… I’m back in town I’ll definitely go again. Bagels made fresh and a variety of lunch and breakfast options.

Relatively fast on orders. Seems to keep the customer happy. Willing to take the time to explain what is in everything and how they make it. Clean and calm atmosphere. Never have a problem.
