Delicious bacon and egg sandwich this morning with a coffee. Added another egg to my order and was pleasantly surprised when I unwrapped that beautiful sandwich. While this is slightly off my usual route I won’t hesitate to visit again. Well done! Let’s add the girl who took my order was super friendly.

Unfortunately I didn’t get the guys name behind the counter but his attitude was absolutely disgusting! I made an order on the To Good to Go App, I made two orders. There weren’t a lot of bagels so when I said “ I placed two orders he said “ you ordered to half dozens so you get 12!!” I wasn’t aware that half a dozen donuts was 15$ but before I can say anything else he waived me off and got on the phone. I’ve done several togoodtogo orders and I’ve never received anything less that 15 bagels on ONE order, one order with them gave me 6 bagels. It wasn’t even the amount of bagels it was his rude response and behavior. Needless to say I will never go back and neither will anyone in my family.
He was rude to the young lady that worked there as well very rude and abrupt. As I read other reviews I see his response is that the bad reviews are trying to ruin a family owned business, NO SIR !! It is YOU ruining the business !!!

I LOVE all star bagel but this location has disappointed me the last 3 times I have gone. They forget to toast my bagel. I got a sandwich with rubbery bacon, and asked for ketchup and there were 3 tiny splotches on the bagel. Also last time I went the forgot part of my order…which I understand when you are busy maybe but there was one other gentleman there. I understand asking to correct a sandwich but when you are on the go you do not notice until you sit to eat it. Truly upsetting as All star bagel has become a huge hit within our family. I will give 3 stars because staff is friendly and it is very clean

Had to throw out a BEC because they completely disregarded my instructions and the whole thing was a runny disgusting mess. What a waste of $7. Asked for eggs over medium they were completely runny. Cheese barely melted. Bagel mushy. Bacon undercooked when I asked for it well. I couldn’t be bothered to take it back. Would not go back. 0/10 stars. Do not recommend.

Starting with I did love this spot.. however lately now whoever has been in the kitchen does not know how to toast a bagel. This is maybe the 3rd time and I’m not the type of person to complain about my food but please teach the new staff how to toast a bagel, I didn’t ask for a burnt bagel! For anybody not getting a bagel toasted you should be fine and should enjoy your bagel ☺️
