Ordered the special, sweet ribs with jalapeño cole slaw, SO GOOD! $5 Mimosas, bloodies & Irish coffee from 11:30-3 was perfect on a 0° day! Bartender was friendly and got to watch Forest Grump while we warmed up!

All Souls Lounge is a quirky and atmospheric spot that’s definitely worth checking out if you’re in Salem. I had the most expensive hot dog I’ve ever ordered — but to be fair, it was massive and definitely more of a meal than a snack. The real standout, though, was the crab dip — absolutely incredible. Creamy, flavorful, and perfectly paired with their house drinks.
Speaking of drinks, the cocktails were top-notch — well-balanced, creative, and clearly made with care. The staff really made the experience memorable; they were attentive, friendly, and brought great energy to the place.
If you’re looking for a place with good vibes, strong drinks, and some elevated bar food, All Souls Lounge delivers.

Super cool place with chill employees. They pour heavy, definitely got my moneys worth. Got me drunk after two drinks!! So now I’m writing this review because those Drinks were good. I had the Oaxaca old fashioned and the millionaire whiskey they were so good and so strong (that’s what I like) and I got the Chicago style hotdog!!! It was the best hotdog to have while drunk ever!!! I love them and the people that served us. Also very clean bathroom. 10/10 would recommend

The vegan dogs here were delicious. The spinach dip is the best I’ve ever had. The server was very kind and attentive even though he was the only one on staff the evening we were there.

Recommended to us by some Salem locals as a great place for “tourists” to go. I can’t agree, since on this weeknight, the two bartenders on duty were slinging drinks to their buddies while ignoring us. (They clearly saw me there; we made eye contact and the one guy wasn’t even doing anything.)
After about 10 to 15 minutes of waiting with no service, we were about to leave when a server finally came to our table. Since they were obviously busy and weren’t keeping up with the crowd that night, we tried to order two drinks each so they could save a little of their time and we could relax without worrying about if a server was going to take our order again before the end of the week.
The server very sharply said that he was NOT going to give us two drinks at a time, CERTAINLY not with drinks of this high alcohol content. We ordered one drink each, cashed out and bounced. The cocktail I got was fine; I could make a slightly worse version at home at a fraction of the price (or even two at once!).
We we were told later by a friendlier Salemite at a bar with a better vibe that there is a Massachusetts state law that prohibits having two drinks at once at a bar. Fair enough. Had our server told us that, unfortunately, he wasn’t allowed to give us two drinks at once — instead of making us feel like idiots/degenerates for daring to ask — we probably would have dropped a lot of vacation money there that night. Oh well; we had a great time at the other places we went.

Stopped for some food and drinks before going back to Boston. Drinks were mid. Tomato soup was a bit on the salty side but tasty. Grilled cheese was good. Cute little bar with nice decorations. Staff was friendly.

I’ve been to All Souls several times and have always had a wonderful experience. The service is great, drinks tasty, and most food is delicious! However I recently went and ordered the La Femme grilled cheese to split with my partner. The description said it had brie on it however when it came out it was clearly brie spread. Sounds the same but they are very different, especially when in a grilled cheese. It was a globby mess, with the texture of warm cream cheese, and no taste or texture of brie. It resulted in us unable to taste any of the other ingredients. Neither of us could stomach more than a bite. Truly disappointing as we usually LOVE the food. I’m sure brie spread is easier and cheaper for them which makes sense but it would be more accurate for them to list it as brie spread on the menu. They are two different items and it should be properly reflected. Next time I’ll stick to my favorite – the banh mi grilled cheese!

Great bar with delicious food! Came here with my friend after a full day of exploring Salem, and the food really hit the spot. We started off with some tasty spinach dip. For our main meals, I ordered the santa fe dog, my friend ordered the seattle dog, and we both shared mac and cheese with chili. It was all very delicious. The service was great too. The inside of the bar was intimate with dark, romantic lighting. It felt cozy and was not very loud. We did not try any drinks this time around, but will be sure to try some next time. Definitely recommend this place for grilled cheese and hot dog lovers.

I love that they have so many vegan options. And they are one of the few places in Salem to get a bite to eat after 9pm. Service is fast and friendly. Full bar with creative cocktails, rotating beers, and good non-alcoholic options. Lively, but chill atmosphere.
