Reviews
The waitress was very polite and could not do enough for us, ensuring we had everything we needed at all times, but also non intrusive.
It was a lovely atmosphere, felt like a special sort of place, very traditional.
The food was definitely 5 star. I tried things I’d never tried before and I have been to Thailand!
I’d recommend for a special occasion.
Ped Krob All Siam – Spicy crispy duck with plum sauce & sticky rice
Pud Thai – An alternative spelling for Pad Thai
Chor Ladda – top recommendation. Incredible, slightly sweet steamed dumplings.
Satay Gai – chicken satay. V nice peanut sauce.
Poh Pia Told – spring rolls
The Staff were very helpful with the menu and they had a separate Gluten Free menu for my Wife.
Food was lovely and the service was also excellent.
Here are my recommendations:
Pearl of All-Siam (mixed starter)
Chor ladda (steamed dumplings)
Deep-fried sea bass with mango salad
Thai red curry
Papaya salad
As for my favorite drink, it’s the pina colada.
The waitress was brilliant, she was attentive and very polite. I came in on a Monday night and she was the only waitress out front, at times I felt she was a bit overstretched but this didn’t impact my experience.
There was a lot of choice on the menu which I always see as a good problem to have so you won’t go hungry. The quality of the food was great too and the portion sizes were spot on, not too little and not too much.
I found this place extremely good value for money, maybe this is due to where I live but I can’t complain at the price whatsoever.
If I’m ever in the area again I will come back here for sure.
