We walked in around 4:30 pm and enjoyed the casual yet sophisticated restaurant all to ourselves. All Roads is a cashless, no-reservation establishment that opens all day. Foods are delicious and service is warm and friendly! A very nice additional in the heart of Brentwood!

Thank you for the great food, excellent service and making my daughter’s birthday so special. For sure we will return to try other dishes. Erica was very polite, attentive, had a gorgeous smile l. If she did not mention, we would have never guessed that she is in training.

A Delicious New Gem in Brentwood!

We had a fabulous visit to All Roads, a newer (July 2024 opening) Roman cuisine restaurant from the Toscano Group. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

We started with the Arugula Green Bowl—an amazing mix of nectarines, fennel, avocado, pine nuts, goat cheese, lemon dressing, and a drizzle of 10-year aged balsamic. This is exactly the kind of fresh, healthy salad I love. We also shared the Margherita Pinsa made with San Marzano tomatoes, fiordilatte mozzarella, basil, and EVOO—light, crispy, and absolutely delicious. A unique take on a classic!

Service was warm and attentive, and the spacious well lit dining area made for a relaxed, comfortable experience. Parking was easy too, with a convenient lot nearly across the street, adjacent by the Brentwood Post Office.

We can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

I saw a write up for the “Pinsa” joint in Brentwood Village. I didn’t really get the whole “pinsa” thing but OMG… the crust is totally different than normal pizza. It’s light airy and crunchy. We started with the fried artichokes which had the perfect fried crunch dipped in a little aioli. Then we ordered the Romagnola pizza which had this great prosciutto & arugula combo on it. Absolutely delicious! To top it off they’ve got a pretty decent wine selection and bottle shop. I definitely recommend coming earlier in the day because they do not take reservations and they get crazy busy at night.

Tucked away in Brentwood, All Roads Pinseria + Enoteca is a delightful homage to Roman culinary traditions. The star here is the pinsa—a Roman-style flatbread that’s lighter and airier than traditional pizza, thanks to a unique blend of rice, soy, and wheat flours fermented over several days. Toppings range from classic Margherita to inventive combinations like mortadella with pistachios and burrata, offering a flavorful journey with each bite.

The ambiance strikes a balance between casual and chic, with warm tones and artistic touches like a whimsical flying donkey mural, creating a cozy yet sophisticated setting. Complementing the food is an impressive selection of Italian wines and craft beers, curated to enhance the dining experience.

Whether you’re a local or just passing through, All Roads offers a slice of Rome in the heart of Los Angeles. It’s a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic flavors in a welcoming atmosphere.

We dined here hoping for a high-end experience—after all, the place is certainly priced like one. The food? It was good. Not great, not groundbreaking, just good. Definitely not bad, but absolutely not worth the inflated prices. You’re paying for the name, the ambiance, and maybe the Instagram appeal—but not the food itself.

But what really tanked the evening was the service. Easily some of the worst I’ve encountered in a long time. The waitstaff were arrogant and checked-out, acting like they were doing us a favor just by being there. No eye contact, no engagement, no interest in creating any kind of experience—they made it very clear they had better things to do.

And oh, the wait. We were there for almost an hour and 40 minutes. On a weeknight – with only a few other tables in the restaurant. No one came by to offer updates, check in, or even acknowledge the delay in our food arriving. When it finally came time to pay, we left our card out clearly… and watched it sit there while our waiter hung out in the back with other staff, all of them gossiping and laughing like they were on break at a mall food court.

Eventually, he comes over, casually swipes the card, and—surprise!—the pre-selected tip options start at 20%. For what? For ignoring us the entire night?

If you’re looking for good food and genuinely awful service in a place that takes itself way too seriously, congrats—you’ve found it. Otherwise, skip this place. There are too many restaurants out there that still understand what hospitality actually means.
