first time here today. awesome service from the cute Ram (girlie at the cash). she was so stoked about the products, and helped me pick what best suited my appetite! her energy represents the brand perfectly (I love the graffiti on the wall (insert artist creds))!

I tried their Spicy Chicken Burger while my friend had the Crispy Chicken Burger. The service was fast, and the burger was a decent size. However, I wouldn’t choose the Spicy Chicken Burger again. The chicken patty was covered in a hot sauce that I didn’t enjoy—it was more tangy than spicy. In the end, had to peel off the outer layer because I got tired of the taste. That said, the chicken patty itself was thick and juicy, and the coleslaw paired really well with it.

This place never disappoints! Quality of food and service is consistent, and you will always leave knowing that you had an amazing burger experience at IMO Ottawa‘s best! My go-to for fast food burgers.

1st time there(early 2025): 3 different burgers, 3 different sides, ALL delicious. Went off peak, so wait time wasn’t long, and was well worth it. Burgers are juicy and just the right size, packaged conveniently for a non drip (not speaking gen z 😉 experience. Sides were hot and generous. Friendly service, clean restaurant and convenient location. My new Ottawa favourite for burgers.

Forget the other stores and just come here instead. The flavors are extremely well balanced, fries a seasoned to a T! Icing on the cake was the chef/cook asking us about our meal (possibly looking for feedback). I really appreciate the small details in that. I will be back again for sure!

Tony is the real deal. You can tell he truly understands burgers, especially smash burgers the crust, the flavor, the balance, all of it is perfect. Every burger is cooked exactly right, juicy with that crispy edge that only comes from someone who’s mastered the technique. Consistent, high quality, and clearly made with care. If you’re looking for a proper smash burger done right, Tony’s your guy.

Pretty good quality, quantity and flavours. My wife ordered the bacon burger combo and I had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich combo with onion rings. Excellent cook on the burger & fries. Philly bun was perfect but the steak was overcooked, imo, and the sauce was unexpected but flavourful. Not the right type of “cheese” for a traditional Philly cheesesteak. Another small complaint, my wife asked for no onions but her burger had onions. Overall, I can see the appeal, especially for those who want/need to fill up and want a decent version of a food truck type meal.

Got the bacon burger, no tomatoes, combo. Ingredients were fresh and while the bacon was great the actual burger was kind of lackluster. Not bad but nothing unique about it either. The french fries were great, well done, and the place was clean, but the wait can be a bit as they cook it on the spot. The price is a bit expensive, but a lot of places are these days. Lastly, they lost some points for having pepsi products no coke.

I ordered the 6oz cheeseburger and their curds. The patty seems more like an 8oz burger. Thick bacon, generous amount of cheese. The curds came with a side of marinara sauce, a pleasant surprise, I did not read the whole description so I din’t know it comes with a sauce. I enjoyed my meal!
