They’ve been in the back tweaking their meats. My wife and I got the Delmonico Cajun ribeye steak. That is the best steak I’ve had in years eating out. Full of flavor, and juicy, and tender, and seasoned well, and, hot, and is that enough ands? Anyway it was amazing. This after I ate ten huge old bay wings and four of their amazing hot and fresh rolls slathered with butter or whatever spread they use. I was surprised when I saw the French fries under the wings and everything was piping hot. Needless to say I took half my steak home to enjoy later. The atmosphere was nice and there was a good mix of people, music selections, and everyone was cool. I forgot pics of the amazing rolls, but they looked just as good s they tasted.

Atmosphere is good and our waiter was very nice and helpful. He checked on us just often enough to not be overbearing but also not so little that we felt forgotten. The perfect amount essentially. The calamari was very good and everyone loved their steaks. My only complaint would be the ceasar dressing is VERY bland. The salad itself is good but the dressing is very muted and the steak tips were extremely overdone. The woman who I spoke with whom I assume was a manager said it’s standard that they come well done even though mine were visibly charred on some pieces and past well done (I asked for medium for reference but I’m not overly picky). Taste wise they were good. In comparison the filet kabob was perfectly cooked so if you’re considering steak tips skip those and go with the kabob or any of the steaks which were cooked amazingly.

The table was filthy and sticky. I ordered medium-rare, but the outside was burnt and blackened, tasting bitter and burnt, while the inside remained raw. The chef at this restaurant was terrible, and to make matters worse, the steak was served lukewarm, not hot. From ordering to receiving my steak, I waited almost half an hour, and saw hardly any other customers. This is the worst steakhouse I’ve ever eaten at; if you like steak, definitely avoid this place.And the salad here is terrible, the sauce comes straight out of the water

The place clearly has a fruit fly infestation, which is completely unacceptable—especially since this happened in the dead of winter with sub-zero temperatures. Fruit flies do not appear in clean restaurants during winter. Their presence alone suggests serious sanitation problems.
Within five minutes, two fruit flies died in my beer, and another ended up inside my to-go box. That doesn’t happen by accident. That’s an infestation.
As for the food:
Steak: 7/10
Chili: Served cold, which is inexcusable, combined with insects actively landing in drinks and food is a massive red flag. If fruit flies are comfortable enough to be flying around and dying in beer during winter, something is seriously wrong behind the scenes.
No matter how good the steak was, cleanliness and food safety come first. Based on what I witnessed, I would seriously question the hygiene of this kitchen. I’m surprised nobody’s ever called the health department yet.

*The service was fabulous and everyone was very very nice*. Dinner was “ok”. The steak quality and taste were not much to rave about. The ribeye supposedly was 14 oz, but was rather thin. My 6oz sirloin looked like a shaped oval, was a bit tough on the outside but cooked perfectly on the inside. (strange). We ate our dinners because we were hungry, though we were not exactly thrilled.
I decided to call later and let the manager know our thoughts. He ‘scolded’ me for not speaking up at the time of our meal, raved about being prepared in-house, and said the price of steaks has gone up. (Yes, that made me feel better). Gave me a requisite thank you for calling.
If we do go back, we’re likely not to order steak. (Certainly not the $33 ribeye!).

Came here for dinner. Our waitress Heather was awesome and the service in general was great. Lots of TVs with many sports games showing.
The cowboy steak was flawless and had so many wonder flavors. The Delmonico was overly seasoned and I didn’t enjoy it as much. I also felt like the sides were small and could have been bigger.

We came to the restaurant ro celebrate my wife’s Birthday, we did not tell anyone there because that celebration is between us. The first impression was the manager, we asked for a table and he immediately said oh we have parties, really dont care but I guess it was him just being rude. We sat in a area that dod have 2 parties of 8 to 10 people, they were not an inconvenience to anything we did so not sure why it was a concern at first. Our waitress was great and the food was pk to good, missing any flavor on the steaks and way to much cheese sprinkled on the Au Gratin potatoes, they smelled like stinky socks. The highlight was the apple bread pudding, amazing.We may go back again however when we were leaving a few of the steaks for display really should have been thrown away, and yes I am familiar with Steaks since I grew up with family that were butchers. We will see how it goes.

My wife surprised me with this steakhouse for my birthday and I must say that I was really impressed. Steak was actually cooked as I requested, greeted by the hostess upon entry, manager checked it on us and the waitress service was exceptional.
