Update 4/10/17 – they’re shutdown
Food quality- inconsistent. Sometimes good, sometimes awful. Depends on the mood of the chef.
Order accuracy – poor. Each time I order, it’s directly off the menu, no modifications. I always order the same exact thing, but each time I recieve something different. Ive even caught them trying to add on fees for sides they include in the entree option, sneaky sneaky.
Food timing – poor. Add on 15 minutes to what they tell you. Expect your appetizer, entree and dessert to all come out together.
Service – god awful. Ive called in $100 orders a few times – same snooty hostess answers with a laboured sigh or a catty “Why not?! Ill add that too. You’re done now, right?”
Literally the only positive it has going for it, is its connected to the hotel and there are zero food options around. It has nice big TVs and serves beer.

The staff were friendly, but it took forever to get our food and we were the only people in the main part of the restaurant and not sitting at the bar. My boyfriend said his chicken sandwich was rubbery and my nachos were swimming in grease. My dad said his burger was good though and my sister said her pasta was okay.
