This place is hands down the best! If you’re looking for a restaurant you’ll come back to time and time again, where you truly feel cared about and treated like family, this is it.
My husband, our friends, and I have been coming here for years, and from the moment we walk through the door, we’re welcomed like family. The food is amazing, homemade, and delicious. You simply can’t go wrong!!
It’s such a blessing to have a local, family-owned and operated place like this in our community. Thank you, Abel and family, for always making us feel at home and for serving such incredible food. We appreciate you all so much!

If you believe that you work hard for your money, then spend it at All-American Eatery not at a chain!
The owner Abel is genuine and welcoming.
I was being a big-back when I ordered a double Tony Battie burger….I should’ve stuck with the single; they use Huge patties and I am here for it!!!
Spend your money with the local restaurantuers. Well Done Abel and Team! We will be back!

Home-owned and home-made! It was all good, and no one complained (75% of our kids are pickier eaters). My husband loved the chorizo burger; the boys loved the chicken strips and onion rings; and my daughter could not say enough good things about her burger. The veggie/vegan burger of the month for March that I had was wonderful! And I can’t post photos because we ate it all before I thought to snap any!

This is such a special place to eat at! It’s locally-owned and operated and some of the waiters are local high school and college students. I love that they give the youngsters a chance to start their careers here.
Food-wise, it’s just like the name — All-American. It feels like stepping back in time to have a juicy hamburger or delicious cheese sticks. I’ve had many meals and they’re all great. I also love the branding and the way they name the food after Texas Tech stars. The atmosphere is also really great and family oriented. Luka has been my waiter and he always does such a great job. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who visits the Lubbock area!

Awesome experience all around! The service, atmosphere, and food were all amazing. The owner was there and personally waited on us—he was great! Definitely going back, and I’ll be making sure all my friends check this place out too.

Service is great, nice and friendly young man served me both times I went there. Food was so so. I heard the steak fingers were highly recommended and I’m not saying it’s bad, but it tasted real earthy like liver or so. The texture is also similar, it’s interesting but not what I expected. The chicken fried steak is definitely not that good, however. Hard and dense. Sides were also so so.

It was our 1st time there, and we went to try it out because Lubbock foodies recommend it. NO. The crowd is mainly elderly that were there when we went. We were excited to try it out. My child had the steak fingers that were SMALL and looked gross. She didn’t like them and spit them out. She has tator tots that she enjoyed. There was no children’s menu! My husband had the Cajun burger, and I had the Swiss mushroom burger. We were both disappointed . They lacked flavor, and my burger appeared to be cooked in the oven or boiled. We also ordered chips and salsa. Salsa isn’t spicy, and cheese had a film on it as if it were microwaved. We won’t be going back.

Went there and ordered a simple cheese buger, sweet potato fries, and a slice of pie. The wait wasn’t too long. While waiting at the bar, we had several employees talk with us. They checked on use, talked about the menu, and just goid conversation. If you go and have a sweet tooth, get a slice of the pie. They’re made by the owner’s wife and they are definitely worth it. The food was good too. I’d recommend for anyone wanting something good or something with variety

I got hamburger steak with grilled onion & mushrooms. it had a great flavor especially with the brown gravy. There was a variety of pies to try, so I ordered oreo cookies and cream. It was very good!

Seriously disappointed with this place. We were told everything was made from scratch, but that wasn’t the truth. The fried chicken salad chicken was not their hand battered chicken. It looked like it was rewarmed frozen chicken patty. You could tell the hamburger patty was frozen and re-heated for the burger and had little taste. The fries were good but that’s about it. I hate being negative about a place but with all the good things we’ve heard about it, it was a big let down. The only upside was the staff was very friendly.
