I have had multiple good experiences at All American Burger downtown. I’ve had the smokin hot smash and the truffle smash. Coworkers have gotten the all American and the grilled cheese smash as well. The fry sauce is unique and I enjoy it. Instead of it trying to copy another establishment. The place is always very clean and staff has been friendly. The reverse osmosis water station is a nice touch. I think prices aren’t bad for what you get. Definitely worth checking out for lunch downtown.

What really stood out to me, though, was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They made sure everything was right with my order and created a positive, comfortable atmosphere. Great customer service like that makes a huge difference.

I got a triple bacon & cheese smashburger, but have them make it keto style, so it was over a bed of lettuce rather than on a bun. It was delicious! The staff are really cool and accommodating. The place was very clean inside. The only thing that sucks is how expensive it is. But, the economy stinks right now, so maybe they have to have those high prices to survive and pay the rent in a prime area. The are really high prices for Omaha.

Watch out Freddy’s this “unit” burger is really good, fully cooked to perfection, perfect texture, worth the price for quality,meets above and beyond expectations on food quality. I told them I do my own drink I mean I just like it better that way. Met Cameron who is one of the managers after and told him the burger is just excellent. I was really surprised not a lot of others stop in but they probably will after this review. Again, I had mentioned the low quality of Burger Theory in Omaha near 17th and at this point I don’t care if the manager is beautiful, I don’t care if the staff uses hulahoops to impress guests, I don’t care what they do, they covered over the windows with Football and Beer related signs. I guess they care about that more than food quality as far as? the All American Burger place is concerned? I’ll come back for the good food and excellent service.

Stopped by while visiting the downtown area and if I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. The burgers served with fries are incredible, the service and hospitality is top notch. This is the place do get a fantastic meal. I also learned that they cater meals! If you are looking for a great meal at a great price, check them out.

Tasty smash burgers! The service was quick and the ingredients were fresh. My only gripe is the high price point….$16 for a burger and fries with no drink. It’s filling though. I wish there was a “smaller” option of something like a single patty. Sometimes a double patty cheeseburger and fries is a lot to eat for lunch. Overall though, it’s a nice once-a-month treat.
