One of the best deals for pad Thai in town that I’m aware of. Great spot to stop for pickup or for sitting at the picnic tables nearby.
The level of spice was just right and they have a nice chili powder or chili oil available to add if you want to turn up the heat. Definitely going back to try the other menu items!

I honestly come here all the time. The pad thai is made fresh and fast. Its delicious and you can add different proteins. I always add chicken. Again, so darn good. The only place I go for pad thai. I have been to other Thai restaurants around here and nothing compares to this food truck. Also, I am not a topped veggie fan but the way everything comes equipped and flavored I eat every darn drop. He started making Thai coffee and added it to the menu which is fantastic. Its pretty good. My only thing is its a to go kinda place. Not a super great area to just sit and eat due to the surroundings. If he ever got a restaurant in the future I would be there. Excellent service as well. Zero complaints. Love this spot!

This is some of the best pad Thai I’ve ever had. I willingly drive 25 minutes to this place passing at least 10 or 15 other places that do pad Thai. All pretty good, but this is better. It is always so fresh, there’s not too much sauce and it’s not dry. The gentleman who owns this restaurant is always incredibly friendly and in general is just nice to talk to. Check out this place in the summer when they do live music in the park right next to it!

This is a food truck but there are some picnic tables to eat. Was happy to learn that they are real Thai people selling Pad Thai which is a huge plus considering the other options in town are either Vietnamese restaurants selling “Thai” food or Thai restaurants that do not have Thai cooks. Having just returning from a year in Bangkok, I was craving some good Pad Thai. However the Pad Thai is unfortunately not very authentic. The sauce has a tad bit of ketchup flavor to it , overly sweet and lacks the tang of tamarind and the color is quite dark and overly greasy whereas Pad Thai is a much lighter color and flavors are more balanced between subtly sweet and tangy if you have had it in Thailand. I was quite disappointed given how the other reviews said how good it is. The other plus is that the folks are really friendly people. All in all, way more authentic compared to Thai Garden near the mall.

Delicious vegan Pad Thai Classic is a must try. Addicting, warm, satisfying. Also pictured are the mixed veggies, and they are pretty good too! The green beans and sprouts are crisp and the carrots are perfectly cooked. We’ve been twice in the last week!

By far the best pad thai on the westside. In terms of flavor, speed and presentation, it doesn’t get much better. Have showed this place to out of town friends and they love it. Been going here every once in a while for years and the quality hasn’t changed. Ran by some wonderful people.

If you’re on the Westside do yourself a favor and get some Thai food today. This food truck boasts the best Pad Thai I’ve had in ages.
It’s the perfect spot if you’re craving Thai food or a just looking for quick and flavorful bite.
We had the classic Pad Thai and Mango Sticky Rice and as you can see about a 3rd of it was inhaled before I thought to take a photo.

A great little spot on the Westside. Friendly staff with smiles. Fresh hot food. Some of the best looking Thai food that I have seen. Love the addition of the carrot flower and peanuts on the side in a sealed container for those with allergies. WARNING- read the menu. If you have shellfish allergies, they use small dried shrimp. The flavor was fair and the portion was huge.

Lots of tasty gluten free and dairy free options. I felt safe ordering and the guy was super friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me away from certain things. So appreciative!!

And the food was bomb tasty. I got the #5 with a side of roast pork. All safe to eat and great for breakfast or brunch.

Support this business! We need more safe options in town right??? These guys deserve the love!❤️

Parking was hidden down the alley. There are spaces there on the gravel for the park.

Lots of picnic benches and some ate covered in case of rain. It’s in a cute little park.

Delicious, well presented, fast service and clean maintained park. Parking was weird but it’s Olympia so I am not surprised. I ordered the pad Thai trio with green beans. The green beans were amazing as was the rice. The chili oil was spicy and yummy. Highly recommend and will be back!
