Alings, pronounced “Aa-Lings” has created a delectable cuisine which depicts the Chinese cultural heritage. In the 1940’s a large population of Chinese people immigrated to India and across the globe, as the Chinese people travelled they integrated cooking techniques and ingredients from the cuisine of other cultures. Alings dishes encapsulates this cultural blend using Indian ingredients which are sautéed in a wok and cooked in our very own in-house crafted sauce. Our aromatic and savory cuisine is prepared with fresh cilantro, ginger, garlic, onion and chilies creates an intense flavor which we hope you love as much as we do.
Casual spot featuring a mash-up of Indian & Chinese cuisines in a comfortable setting.

We finally made it to Alings Chinese Bistro, the HWY90 location, and I’m already planning my next visit. If you’re a fan of Indo-Chinese food, you seriously need to check this place out. The absolute highlight of the night was the Chili Gobi (V17). It was incredibly crispy and perfectly sauced—honestly mouthwatering. It’s one of those dishes you keep thinking about the next day.
If you’re a spicy food lover, you are going to be in heaven here. They really know how to bring the heat without losing any of the amazing flavor. The heat level is perfect for anyone who loves a good kick. Everything felt fresh, the service was fast, staff were awesome and the vibe was just right for a fun dinner out.

I recently visited Alings Chinese Restaurant, and the experience left me genuinely impressed. From the very first bite, I felt as though I had been transported straight to the Indo-China border, where flavors from both cultures blend seamlessly.
Each dish carried an authentic, well-crafted taste—bold, balanced, and true to its roots. The ingredients were fresh, the seasoning was precise, and the presentation reflected real culinary expertise.
Alingo isn’t just a place to eat; it’s a place to experience food. I walked in curious, but walked out amazed.

Szechwan fried rice chicken – 9/10 – Spicyy ️ and chicken was tasty
Gobi manchurian – 9.5/10 – Crispy and sauce was amazing
Vegetarian hakka noodles – 8/10 – Tasty but plain so best when paired with something
Lava flow – 7.5/10 – Good mix of all the flavors , very fizzy

Tried Alings for the first time and im not a fan of fusions but their dishes were pretty good overall. My personal favorites were the Szechwan fried rice and crispy beef. Some of the items didnt have as much sauce and spice as I would like. Overall pretty good spot for halal Indo-Chinese food

Great location to host my campaign event. The servers were amazing and took excellent care of our guests. The food was consistently replenished, and everything stayed fresh. The owner was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to host an event or simply enjoy a great meal.

I recently ate at Aling’s and overall the food was good and flavorful. The dishes had strong seasoning, fresh vegetables, and the kind of bold Indo-Chinese taste the restaurant is known for. Portions were satisfying and everything arrived hot and well presented. One area that could be improved is the texture of the meats. Both the beef and chicken were a bit firmer than expected and not as tender as they ideally should be. The flavor was there, but softer, more tender meat would elevate the experience significantly. With a small adjustment in cooking technique, this place could easily move from good to excellent. Overall, a solid option for Indo-Chinese cuisine, especially if you enjoy strong flavors. I’d return and request softer meat preparation next time.

I used to go Ailings alot in the past and the taste was great as well, Recently i went and was kind of disappointed with it. The food was not on par on what they served(again i am visiting after a year or so,i am not sure what changed). small things that they can improve on is the menu itself, for example the items that are no longer in season or permanently discontinued, instead of putting black tape on menu or using marker, maybe just print another page,it is not like its a fancy menu, its just a paper. so these kind of items to me make it lose some stars specially for a place thats built so nice.

Recently visited this place for lunch with family. We had a very good time. The food was awesome! The quality has certainly improved from their previous downfall. Loved their crispy beef and gobi manchurian. The chillie chicken and noodles were good too. The servers were attentive. We enjoyed the experience.

Finally revisited Alings after 3years. The Chicken Chili gravy was spot on and was served hot. Hakka Noodles were plain simple Veg Noodles nothing fancy. Chick 88 was a little bit dry for my taste but overall tasted really good. The dessert won our heart and it will definitely bring us back. Overall the food was better compare to our last experience. I saw a lot of new items in the menu but the prices are on high end for Indo-Chinese restaurant.

I ordered take out one night from here and got the chicken chowmein and the chicken chilly(gravy). I really liked the chicken chowmein. Obviously, it’s not quite the street style taste found in india but it’s probably the closest thing I’ve found so far. The chicken chilly was alright too. Definitely recommend trying if you’re craving some street style indo-chinese
