Having lived in Japan for 3 years, I was reluctant to try this roadside food truck. Wow, what a pleasant surprise! My wife and I split a $15 bento and had leftovers for Stuart our dog. The bento was huge, stuffed with yakisoba, chicken, veggies a fewspring rolls and a half of a Cali roll. Everything was delicious and warm.

This place is legit!!! First time and definitely not the last for a quick lunch/dinner. The chicken bento box is sooo good!! Also pickup some crab rangoon cause they were amazing. Highly recommend and can’t wait to try the steak bento box next time

I had an amazing experience with this newly opened Japanese hibachi spot! I decided to try the strawberry boba, salmon hibachi, and a Hollywood roll, and each one exceeded my expectations. The strawberry boba was perfectly refreshing, not overly sweet, with a delicious strawberry flavor that felt light yet satisfying. It was the perfect drink to kick off the meal! As for the salmon hibachi, it was hands-down some of the best I’ve had. The salmon was tender and perfectly cooked and seasoned just right, with this amazing glaze on top! The vegetables were fresh and crisp, and the fried rice was incredibly flavorful. I mixed the sauce in and it was so yummy!!!! My sister said the Hollywood roll was absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be ordering again.

We love Food Trucks and are thrilled with a Hibachi in our area. The food is always amazing and fresh. They cook everything after you order, so you will wait a bit, but not overly long.
They have a fantastic menu of Hibachi dishes as well as a lot of sushi rolls.
Great service, always with a smile. They have set up a picnic table or two to use.

The street view is effective at setting expectations while the food and service are both effective at exceeding those expectations. It’s quite a bit of food for the price. The star of the show for me was the avocado salad… man this salad is over the top: creamy, savory, a little crunch, extra flavor. The crab Rangoon was also good but is a little heavy on the cheese for my taste. Not going to stop me from eating it all, just slow me down a bit. 🙂

So good!!!Got the 3 hibachi combo, crab Rangoon and spring rolls. The amount of food is insane and flavorful. I won’t be going to Joplin for hibachi again. Great value and leftovers
