Dinner was amazing! We picked this restaurant based on the reputation of the chefs and they did not disappoint. We started with the cheddar buttermilk biscuits and pimento cheese dip. Unbelievable how good both were! Our entrees were pasta Bolognese and roast chicken. Both were fantastic. We shared the sorbet which was a nice light ending to the meal. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The restaurant is inside a residential community and has free valet parking only. Highly recommend Alice B.
4 stars for atmosphere because the restaurant is small and can get loud and the lighting is very dim for old folks trying to read the menu.

This was my third time at Alice B’s and I don’t think I’ll be back.
The crudo fish was ok but the apple as no longer crispy and had been in its sauce too long. It was mushy and tasteless.
The cabbage was cold and only tasted a bit burned, with no other discernible flavor.
The steak was fatty and too salty, and the butter on top just made the whole thing impossible to digest.
Service was ok, but it couldn’t make up for bad food.
Very disappointed, because the restaurant is walking distance from our condo, and I loved my first two experiences. This one was a total miss. The food used to be fresh and inspired, and now it’s really off.

Was very much looking forward to this experience, and it didn’t disappoint. Many standout dishes – the pesto pasta is amazing, lamb shank was quite tasty, the pork shoulder was quite good, and the biscuits … the biscuits!!! … they could open a restaurant serving only these biscuits and we would all be happy. Food was solid, with only a few minor disappointments. The pimento dip, which I was most excited about, left me a little flat. The brownie, while tasty, was a bit overload for me. Service is friendly and professional. Fun, actually. The location, while cool, is a bit hard to find, and even harder to navigate – so perhaps some better signage. But it’s a cool space. Wish them all the best!

A pleasant dinner and cocktails with friends. With all the raves and reviews, we were all very enthusiastic. Food was great, everything was delicious. I had the Swordfish and hubby ordered the chicken. For me, the stars were the margarita and the cornbread! Simple, flavorful! Service and atmosphere were exceptional, attentive.

Absolutely superb! Atmosphere is very upscale and elegant. Service was friendly and gracious. Food was excellent, flavorful and quite sublime. The cocktails were top shelf, the texture and flavor of the cornmeal cheddar biscuits was exceptional! My ribeye was a quality cut and cooked perfectly. The deserts were dreamy. A very enjoyable meal in a classy setting! Definitely a new gem for Palm Springs!

Everything about our meal last night was exquisite. Lighting in the restaurant was a perfect level and none of the lights shone directly on or at anyone. The music set a nice dinner club atmosphere. Based on all the props given to those biscuits, we went for it too. Served warm, they had the consistency and density of a hush puppy, little green onion inside, accompanied by soft butter and cardamom honey topped with black and white sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. The effect was a mouthgasm of flavors I’ve never tasted before. We did the hamachi crudo next. Super fresh fish and another unique and delicious flavor combination. The nectarine salad came next. Good ratio of greens to everything else. The nectarines were perfectly sweet with enough firmness to keep the slices intact for presentation, but soft enough to melt in your mouth. Toasted hazelnuts were a highlight too. The fourth dish we split was the branzino. This fish was also super fresh, filleted, and seared with crispy skin. It sat on a bed of puréed creamy potatoes and came with a celery root side that was a nice contrast to the fish and potatoes. Last was the salted caramel pot de creme. It was nothing short of amazing. Creamy, salty, sweet, and topped with candied hazelnuts. Another exquisite dish. All dishes were beautifully presented, well-balanced and memorable. Last but not least, the service was spot on, refined, and not rushed. It went along perfectly with the exceptional food and ambiance. We’ve dined at a few Michelin star restaurants before and the food at Alice B. was Michelin quality. Glad to have discovered this hidden gem in Palm Springs.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Everything was flawless. We can’t wait to go back.
Our server Nicole was phenomenal as was the rest of the wait staff.
We had the cheddar biscuits with seeded honey and butter. Yum!
This was followed by the hamachi crudo which was perfectly balanced
My husband and I split the ribeye and the cauliflower vegetarian dish. Both were exceptional. I will go back for the cauliflower. It’s rare to find a vegetarian entree that is so flavorful and filling.
We were too full for dessert but we look forward to going back again soon.
This is a must visit location.

Really enjoyed this new restaurant in Palm Springs, a welcome addition to the dining scene. Cheddar biscuits are great, the large plates steal the show including a fantastic chicken cutlet fried Milanese style, and a luscious braised lamb shank. Highly recommend.

We had a delightful happy hour that turned into an early supper in the lounge. It started with mixed drinks — all fresh and delicious. We enjoyed light bites of olives and fave bean humus but soon decided to enjoy the famous biscuits, carrot ginger soups, Brie sandwiches + burgers. Everyone raved about the food. The French fries were perfect. I highly recommend the food and the service was attentive.
Note that live music (piano) is now on Wednesday.
The lounge was comfortable and the acoustics were good. We will return to the dining room. *Reservations recommended. They were able to accommodate a member of our party that is celiac.
