Our sever was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable of the menu. The drinks were elaborate and delicious, the menu had a ton of variety with different spirit options.
Perfect place to bring a date or a girl’s night out!
The staff, and our waiter in particular was very knowledgeable and gave us excellent recommendations.
My wife ordered the mystery elixir, which was quite refreshing, and our friends both got the Bartenders choice. The waiter had them give him their flavor preferences, and he took it to the bartender, who then created 2 of the cocktails from the menu that matched their flavor palate. One got The Saturn and one got Love in a Nutshell. They loved the recommendations.
We all thoroughly enjoyed the smoke and flaming cocktails. It was just a fun experience all around, and we loved the chill music and dark ambiance. It just felt like a proper speakeasy. The drinks were very well made too.
I had the cold water lobster, plus a crab leg “enhancement” with charred sweet corn and calamari. My wife had the steak kabobs with asparagus and French onion soup. The calamari is the best I have ever had.
We both enjoyed our food a lot, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and service level was great. Tables are generously-sized, and the chairs are very comfortable and upscale. It was 5:30 on a Friday so it was busy. The parking is on the tight side, but after the adjacent credit union is closed you can park in their lot.
They do need to update their online menu to remove the $80 seafood platter as it is no longer offered.
We will be back again soon!
The ambiance is warm and welcoming, with stylish décor that creates a comfortable yet vibrant space for both casual sippers and cocktail connoisseurs alike. It’s a place that feels like it’s designed for conversation and enjoying a good drink. However, the one thing that threw off the vibe during my visit was the music. It was noticeably too loud, and the upbeat, club-like tracks didn’t quite match the more relaxed, intimate feel of the bar. It made it a bit challenging to carry on a conversation, which, in a bar like Alice, feels like it should be the focus.
While Alice excels in drink quality and overall atmosphere, I’d highly recommend dialing back the volume on the music—this isn’t a nightclub, and the space feels better suited for a more subdued playlist that complements the chill ambiance. Still, with the great service, inventive cocktails, and cozy environment, it’s definitely worth a visit. Just maybe bring earplugs—or hope they’re working on adjusting the soundtrack!
The menu is a little book which the waitress was very good about showing the vast array of drinks.
While they do have appetizers, we didn’t order any this visit. The drinks were really fun and creative– and the tiki drinks were lit on fire right at the table. Service was fantastic, and don’t be afraid to try something new (see: Electric Dust).
